Great food. The bison ribeye with peppercorn sauce was great, as was the bone marrow appetizer and the root vegetable gratin. We ended with crème brûlée (outstanding) and an Irish coffee. A truly enjoyable evening.

We dine at Schaffer's often. Their service is wonderful, menu is varied to appeal to many tastes, atmosphere is cozy and views of the golf course are great. We are never disappointed.
