Great food and wine pairings. Our host was amazing. Checked on us and gave great recommendations.

We had brunch there for our 30th anniversary. The waitress recommended two very good local beers, refered to us by mane and the food was amazing.

Overlooking the terrace of Quebec City, the service was excellent. Tea selections were outstanding and there was a wide variety of tea types and there were non caffeinated choices. Scones, Devonshire cream,sandwiches and pastries were expertly prepared.

Really great food ,nice performance, amazing cooking show ; highly recommend to anyone who first visit Quebec. Very special experiment.
