Restaurants near Four Seasons Resort Whistler

We had another lovely dinner at Wildflower. We enjoyed the 3 course dinner special that was excellent value. Portions were large, tasted delicious and were beautifully presented. Staff were attentive and extremely pleasant, from the greeting to our server, Martin. We love the Wildflower fall menu and highly recommend this quiet, classy restaurant.

It was my husbands birthday, and we could not have had a more lovely time. We were seated by the fire place which instantly set the mood, the table assistant was super lovely and witty we quite enjoyed her conversation . The food was also very good, and so it should be to go with the pricing, I ordered the duck and the breast was cooked perfectly the leg was a wee bit salty but it paired well with the creamy kale, as well as the honey carrots. My husband ordered the catch of the day and was very pleased with the whole fish and pairing of beats and potatoes that came with it. All in all a great meal. We chose to not order desert, however the table assistant brought my husband a beautiful chocolate cake with raspberry coulis with raspberry sorbet, and fresh raspberries, and it was the bow on the present! Absolutely well rounded evening, very worth the cost of the meal, just quality of people ambiance and ingredients were perfect! We will definitely be back! We left with brilliant smiles on our faces! Thank you grill room for good memories.

We had an incredible meal at Sidecut on our last night staying at the Four Seasons. We decided to treat ourselves to the chateaubriand because we had some credit on our hotel account, and prepared ourselves to be underwhelmed with the food for the price but we were so wrong. It was absolutely delicious, and the sides of potato puree and tenderstem also great. The onion bread we had to start was amazing (wish we could buy that!), and the 23 layer chocolate cake we shared for desert also delicious. We aren’t big drinkers so we enjoyed the nonalcoholic cocktails, and appreciated the complementary bonus desert for my partners birthday with a candle. The ambiance was very much our vibe (dark, fireplace, not too loud). Our waitress Ellie was wonderful, and the manager came for a chat and was great too. Definitely treat yourself if you can.
