Fantastic Afternoon Tea experience. The food was amazing, service superb and the view out the window out of this world

Of course, just being in Le Chateau Frontenac is wonderful. The decor of Bistro le SAM is beautiful as is the views of the river. But the food is the true star - inventive, beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. The service, from the maitre d’ to the wait staff and bus boys, was highly professional and attentive. My husband was a chef for 30 years in NYC and he was so impressed with Bistro le SAM. Bravo to the chef and staff of this lovely restaurant?

Excellent. We were greeted and given a short orientation of the Restaurant, then shown to our river view table. Our server Jonathan provided outstanding service and advice on meal selection. It was a most memorable evening.

This is a classic and repeatedly frequented dining choice when in Quebec City. The food is exceptional, whether prepared tableside for some dishes or in the kitchen. The staff are very professional, friendly and interactive.

Great food, great atmosphere, service was very slow
