Mushrooms are the heart of what we do at the Joel Palmer House. We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. We are frequently inspired by ingredients found in the cuisines of France, China, Thailand, Poland and India, so we call our cooking "freestyle." Our dishes pair well the celebrated wines of Oregon, especially Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Welcoming staff; ambiance was warm, a bit austere but not unpleasant at all; very attentive wait staff; food was over the moon! Ordered the crispy pork belly with poblano romesco and chanterelles — it delighted my taste buds; the Parisian gnocchi was equally fabulous — I could not finish because it was just that good— my appetite and hunger for delicious food was sated. Wine selection by the glass was limited but tasty. Would have enjoyed a Pinot noir, this being McMinnville. Chef Kari has this dialed in! Do not miss it.👍👍👍👍

We always have such a great time dining at Rosmarino Osteria. The food is handmade and is always consistently delicious, and the service is exceptional. They also have an extensive wine and cocktail list. Additionally, the ambiance makes you feel like you are dining in Italy. We highly recommend dining here.

Phenomenal dining experience at the JPH! From the time we were greeted upon arrival to the moment we finished the most creative dessert, we were blown away! The food is delicious, decadent, uniquely prepared and beautifully presented. The service was truly outstanding and the team showed such pride in the quality experience they deliver. Looking forward to our next visit!!!

If you are craving a sandwich, burger, or salad with a refreshing beverage, this is a place for you. We ordered the prime rib on a Saturday night. It was flavorful and moist. Our CC only critique is that we would have liked a little more variety on the menu. The service was excellent at the pub and cellar
