Good To Be Here! Serving Pittsburghers since 1930. Whether you're enjoying our food at our restaurant, at home, or at a wedding - Atria's makes it Good to Be Here. Atria's History The original Atria's in Mt. Lebanon was owned by Italian immigrant Joe Atria and dates to 1930. It began as a grocery store, then expanded into a barbershop and dry cleaners. In 1933 prohibition ended and Atria's began to sell beer. Along came food to feed the hungry - both highbrow attorneys and blue-collar working men alike. In 1998, Pittsburgh natives Pat and Nancy McDonnell transformed Joe Atria's historical Mt. Lebanon landmark into an upscale casual restaurant that today serves up American classics in neighborhoods all around the Greater Pittsburgh Area

Our experience was amazing as usual. We started out having drinks at the bar and then had dinner in the dining area. We enjoyed the gulf snapper and mussels as an appetizer. Love the ambience!

Top notch food and service. Atmosphere was killer. First time there and will def return when in Pittsburgh. We enjoyed Sunday brunch on the mezz level. Great view of the fountains and very cozy. Cocktail menu was pretty extensive with something for everyone. I had their version of an espresso martini - a beani tini. Amongst the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. Rich espresso with depth and great vanilla flavor. Not sickeningly sweet. Laura enjoyed a passion fruit cocktail that was equally impressive. A little on the tart side but we loved it. We order the smoked salmon appetizer as well as the deviled eggs. Both were great. Smoked salmon was incredibly tasty accompanied by capers, chèvre, shaved egg yoke, onion and paper thin bagel crisps. Perfect app! Deviled egg presentation was nice with crumbled bacon. I could have had two more orders. On to the entrees, Laura had the avocado toast and I had the lobster omelet. Avacado toast presentation was insane with nice slice of bread topped with fresh Avacado, poached eggs, sun dried tomatoes and balsamic drizzle. The eggs were served perfect and oozed when cut. Accompanied by some mixed greens. The perfect entree. The lobster omelet had plenty of lobster and was covered in a lobster sauce I can only compare to a cross between a lobster bisque and thermidor sauce. Yummy!! Someone must have loved us cause we were spotted a French toast by the chef. Incredibly light, fluffy and sweet…but not too. Berries and syrup completed the picture. Sorry for the length but the place deserves it. Great staff, awesome environment and incredible food. A must for anyone. It’s tough these days to operate a high quality place with both great food and impressive service. These guys have figured it out!!!

This was my first visit to Alta Via and I will definitely be returning. The restaurant in Market Square is tucked in a cute location where it feels active and lets you get the vibe of downtown. Valet parking is $10, which is usually less than parking in any local garage and so convenient. The mood of the restaurant is lively and there are all ages of people enjoying this place. Drinks, appetizers, and dinners were loved by all at our table. I needed the gluten free pasta and it was more tasty than most I’ve had while dining out. A little pricey, but I knew that going in. Planning a return visit with some friends who haven’t been here yet.

Our waitress Maddie was fabulous. So attentive and gracious. We couldnt have asked for anything cause she saw to it that we had it. The food was awesome. Next time we're in Pittsburh, Eleven will be visited. My granddaughter had the filet and said it was the BEST STEAK EVER. Everything we had was great. No complaints. Wine selection is perfect for wine pairing. Thank you for an awesome dinner and a great evening out.
