Harriet our server was lovely, went through the menu, and remembered from the reservation that it was my wife’s birthday. The appts were great potstickers and my wife’s Mac and cheese was delicious. My chicken sandwich was ok, a little cool.

The Port is a wonderful find! Mark McEwan’s new bistro in Thornbury has ambience, a fabulous patio, delicious food, and great service! Prices are high-end-experience appropriate but worth it for the quality, creativity on the menu, and the satisfaction. We have been twice: love the sausage rolls, the oysters on the half shell, French onion soup, steak burger with crisp frites and garlic aioli, and brisket grilled cheese. Superb coffee and creamy peanut butter cheesecake. And the patio overlooking the marina has the best view in town! Reservations highly recommended in a weekend! We’ll be back and they will treat us like it is truly important that we are there!

My wife and I stayed at The Falls Inn and Spa for 2 nights and supper was great. We dined on the patio and even though it was cool, the patio heaters did the trick. Our server Ashley was very attentive and tended to all our needs. Cocktails are very good and not your standard fare but great different flavours. I had the Marsala Veal Pasta and my wife had the Pickeral. Very tasty, well-prepared and very filling. Would highly recommend this spot for a stay or even lunch or dinner.

The server Kevin was excellent. Food was very good. Had the Prime Rib Roast Sunday special It was done to perfection tender and tasty. Great deal!!
