The food taste amazing! I had 2 fish bones in two pieces of my nigiri, but that doesn’t take away from the amazing tasting food. We got the Mai course and the Ai course. Our server seems to not be very knowledgeable on her sake. We ordered a sparkling Dassai and asked her if it was a nigori, and she told me not, but it was indeed a nigori. She also wasn’t too sure what kind of dish was on my nigiri omakase plate. She sounded not confident and swallowing her voice while she was introducing the fish. I can barely hear her speak even though she was only 2 feet away from me. Other than that, food was amazing, my husband and I will be back.

Redbird was the perfect place to celebrate a special event with a large group. The dining room is so quietly graceful and spacious. The food was excellent- the highlights were the crudo, sea bass, shared ribeye and all of the amazing veggies and salads. The sommelier helped us pick a fun sparkling wine and a great time was had by all. Special points for the surprisingly low noise level in the room- an unusual attribute in most restaurants these days. It’s clear that Redbird pays attention to these details.
