Terroni Adelaide, formerly the York County Courthouse, is a multi-level heritage structure built in 1852. Just inside the doors is the Enoteca with its towering columns, a great spot for cocktails. We love Carbon Bar! Everything from the relaxed ambiance of the restaurant to the drinks and food. This was our second visit this year. We chose Carbon Bar to celebrate our anniversary because we loved our first experience so much. We each got 2 cocktails, ordered the Smoked Bacon Cesar, Salmon Tartare, the Pitmaster Platter and Chocolate Mousse Cake. The Pitmaster Platter is our favourite. We boxed up the leftovers and it was just as delicious the next day.
