We had Nellie as a server. He has only worked there for 3 weeks. One week training and 2 weeks as a server. He was absolutely outstanding! One of the best servers we ever had anywhere! We have been wine club members since 2009 and frequently go to Coopers Hawk! Way to go Nellie for making sure everything went perfect and was very attentive to any of our needs. A+++++

We had an awesome experience. The cocktails were perfectly made, the food was fantastic, the staff were professional and attentive and lastly, I’m not sure if it was the manager or not but he brought us two glasses of complimentary champagne because he said we looked like we were having a great conversation - we were and we were grateful.

Love our annual tradition for V day. The staff is always great and attentive.
