Open since August 2023, Sabayon is the project of Marie-Josée Beaudoin and Patrice Demers. A 14-seat micro restaurant located in Pointe St-Charles. In the evening, from Thursday to Saturday, discover a surprise 6-course tasting menu featuring seasonal products, the vast majority of which are local.
