General Public is inspired by trying to imagine what an upscale English pub would be if it had the heart of an American brasserie (and was open 11 to 11). It’s also going to signal a little bit of steakhouse, but not too much. And finally, it will look behind itself at the Black Hoof, which you will see reflected in James Santon’s menu here and there.     The service was amazing! They knew we were there for our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary glass of champagne which was such a thoughtful gesture. The food was next level. Such flavorful dishes. You can tell that time and thought were put into the dishes and held to a high standard!

    We've been to Daphne several times, both in the main room and in the lounge, and it's always a stellar experience. It's even more beautiful in person than in photos, amazing atmosphere, and the menu offerings are unique and delicious. The service is always top notch - tonight Ethan created a spectacular dining experience, made excellent and knowledgeable recommendations, and was incredibly attentive. Thanks for making our night so special!

    The food was outstanding! We really loved the croquettes, pork secreto and the foie gras sobrasada. The rest of the dishes were amazing as well, zero complaints. Service was impeccable. We left full and all in it was $150 for each couple, including food, drinks and tip. We were visiting from Edmonton and my partner picked Isabel for his birthday. It did not disappoint! Will definitely be back when we return to Toronto.

    We had a wonderful dinning experience yesterday afternoon at Joey King St. The food, service, ambiance, decor were all excellent. The Happy Hour "Food and Drink" selections between 2-5(?)pm were very good value for the price...try the Classic Marguerita. The hostess on arrival, our server and restaurant manager were extremely pleasant and helpful. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Well worth the trip in from Niagara.
