The name Hapa is derived from the Hawaiian term that describes a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures. Like our name, our food reflects this dynamic combination. The menu is based on traditional Japanese cooking fundamentals which are then amplified, muted, or mixed with influences from many different styles of cooking until they are something completely new: they're Hapa. We have stretched the boundaries of creativity to develop dishes that defy all the rules while holding true to our roots. We hope that you will find our menu innovative, uninhibited, and distinctly fun! Incomplete parties will not be sat until complete.

We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

This place exceeded all our expectations...the views, character and ambiance are exceptional. The old-school camp cabin atmosphere is perfect and set off with all the right details (vintage magazines and books, galleries of historic photos and western artifacts). The family-style service was always attentive with the entire family showing up at our table throughout the evening. But the unexpected star is the food! The chef (by himself in the kitchen) got backed up with the father's day crowd, so we waited a bit long, but the views and hummingbirds were plenty of entertainment and when the meal arrived it was WELL worth the wait. This is some world-class cooking. I had the best trout I've had in any restaurant in the Rockies, and each meal at our table was equally impressive. We will be back!

Four of us had a nice seat overlooking wonderful view of the valley. Started with scallop and duck crostini. Flavor of the crostini was superb, but we all found the crisp and bit too hard. Entrees were wonderful- rack of lamb, chicken thighs, filet and sea bass. My sea bass was delightful and quite perfect for me. The macaroni and cheese accompaniment with the chicken thighs was superb. Son loved the lamb and daughter thought filet was amazing. All was followed by peach bread pudding and a delightful chocolate mouse cake. We thought a creme anglaise would have been a nice touch for bread pudding. The chocolate cake was the super star!!! Beautiful presentation and delightful taste. Good job!! Lovely ambience and well staffed. Table spacing was appreciated and not cramped. All was very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the experience of dining at The Stanley. The food was of a good quality, really delicious, portions a little too large! Our server, Zoe, was a joy and provided nice conversation as well as knowledge and great service. We then walked the grounds and are very happy we decided to visit.

Went here with friends. Was a little concerned ... when they are most known for fried chicken and beer. We were very, very pleased with everything. This place should definitely be on your itinerary. Service: A - waitress was new but still did a very good job. Very sweet Food: A - the majority of our table ordered the chicken-n-waffles. No need to overthink your order. You will love this dish. Mixed reviews on the Bean Dip app. The table loved the Deviled Eggs Ambiance: B - not bad but still fairly basic. We were seated in a back room so the noise level was fine Overall: A - this place is definitely worth a visit
