Restaurants near Philadelphia Zoo

I've been passing this joint for years and finally got around to stopping in. Beautiful old building, with a wonderful ambiance inside. Feels like a British Pub. Looks small on the outside, but lots of eating space inside. Cozy, warm, inviting, and relaxing. Can get a bit noisy, but that is not a reason not to go here. The food was very good. The breads were insanely good. My wife had the fish and chips , and I had the Bangers and Mash. Great dishes and the portions were just right. There are plenty of interesting beers to choose from. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will return. It is expensive, so plan on at least 100-150 experience for two. Enjoy!

Another great Starr restaurant. Great service. Great food. Great American comfort food. Great spot for a meal before a show. The Love Bird chicken was great, with grits that were crazy creamy. The burrata toast and accompanying salad were great as was the branzino. Go for the C is for Cookie! Our server, Lauren was perfect.

Delicious food - impeccable service. Always! A bit pricey, but worth the splurge.

I don't know where to start! An amazing experience from the door to the floor. I just want more! We were sat in the hanging wicker chairs because a table wasn't available and just sitting was fun! Van was our server and his attitude and service was tailored for an elevated diving experience. For starters we had the tuna tostadas which were so so good. We ordered the Korean fried chicken with an added side of rice and shrimp pad thai with extra shrimp! Everything was delicious, even the cocktails!
