We live in Canmore and have brought out of town guests to Rustica a few times. It's always a great experience. Cozy atmosphere with an excellent view of the golf course, extensive wine list, unique cocktails and an incredible menu with seasonal specials.Our waiter, Luke, made our latest experience even better. He had top notch knowledge of wine, the menu, very professional and friendly. He was also extra cautious regarding my dietary restrictions. Definitely will be back!

Harry our bartender and teacher was exceptional. We learnt three cocktails and got to taste them all! In addition to this we also got to take home a small premixed cocktail as well. Great value and so much fun learning some tricks and tips to make a great cocktail

Fantastic views, and equally wonderful food and service. Our party had lunch - soup and salad, chicken and waffles, gourmet grilled cheese and salad, smoked salmon toasts, and grilled chicken over salad. Everyone loved their meal. Try the passion fruit sangria - yum!!! Service and meal were upscale. Definitely an experience not to be missed when visiting the Banff Gondola!

Amazing place, with delicious food and impeccable service. We went on our family’s summer break with the kids. We all loved it. Ramen was delicious, nigiris and sashimi so fresh, hand rolls very good. They had great mocktails for the kids, very good sake variety and amazing whiskey menu. Atmosphere and music were great as well as the place’s interior design. Only area of potential improvement would be to increase the assortment of fresh fish for sushi and sashimi. No unagi, mackerel, toro, etc.

I made a booking for 10 people for the wrong date and the **restaurant** staff worked their magic to get us a table on the evening we showed up, which was super appreciated! Our server Inez (?) was fantastic. The Bread, Mozzarella Sticks, Morty Pizza and Tiramsu were delicious! I also had the Ricotta dumplings, while good, this dish was a little bit too salty. Vibe was good, can get a little noisy once the **restaurant** started getting busier. Great night out!
