Great dinner and great service makes for a great Friday night out. Earl's has a nice, chill ambience and a good vibe. And kudos to the management for selecting especially attractive dinnerware and flatware: it matters! Earls also has an exceptional selection of NA beers, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the garden salad and caesar salad to start–perfect size, and the house-made dressing was well balanced. Our mains were equally enjoyable. The truffle tortellini was delicious and and the mushroom kale pizza was outstanding. Our server Sylvie was top-notch and she helped to elevate the entire experience. She kept the meal perfectly paced. She was attentive without being obtrusive, and her suggestions were on the mark. We will return!

Beautiful decor from lighting right down to cutlery. The view and expanse when the full wall of glass is open is simply airy and beautiful. The food is amazing. We had the garlic pesto bread, the scallops were to die for with micro greens and of course…Kang’s Barbecue Pork..AMAZING!!! Oh, fried chicken…perfection. Can’t wait to go back. I live in Summerside and took the highway and got there in 20 minutes on the outer west end of town. Thanks Guido!!!

Great service, food and great value. The restaurant is very accessible for everyone and we all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you
