Good food, a little bit of chaos in the service. Would have appreciated some heads up about kitchen closing time while doing the reservation. Overall a good but average experience. Too expensive for the value, but not bad.

Best sushi ever. We ordered flavor combo’s we’ve never had before. Original and so yummy. Their miso soup is off the chart. Super fresh and with an amazing umami flavor. My husband had sea urchin, which isn’t always available, so he was very pleased. We were welcomed with flair and the service was very good. So happy I found this restaurant online when looking for dinner options during our brief stay in Toronto. When we’re revisit Toronto we’ll definitely go back.

We live next door to Don A. Once or twice a year we treat ourselves to a wonderful evening at this first class restaurant and it never disappoints. Service is superb, the view is outstanding and the food, well it is a Michelin. There you go! Interestingly we left the choice of wine to the sommelier who could have served us bottles priced in the stratosphere. Two bottles, the first at $100 and the second at $130. Considering that the sky is the limit at D.A on the wine list very impressed. Four of us for dinner, two great bottles of wine, a wonderful meal, and tax and tip came in at under $900. In today's market a bargain for this style of dining. We will have to up our treat schedule at D.A.
