"What a find in the heart of Downtown Vancouver! It's a cozy place. We had afternoon tea, which I highly recommend. We weren't rushed, the service was great. Good experience overall. When you enter the hotel though, the dining is on the 5th floor and one of the staff needs to scan their keycard in the elevator to go up.
