The food had good.pprtiones and the service was great

Great service and very flavourful food. It didn’t have to wait very long for our appetizers and mains. The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. 

Food service was slow, even at 4:30 on a Saturday

Me and my husband came to Jack Astor for the Valentines and our server Sharon was great . We enjoyed the food that we ordered

Pretty good experience lovely hostess although well dining here to watch the Super Bowl we encountered a problem with our order we had the wings artichoke dip and the nachos we ordered the nachos with beef when the nachos came out they had no beef we brought this up to the waiter and he said they might not have had beef in the back and that he would check after checking he told us they just forgot to put it on instead of asking us if we still wanted a nachos with ground beef he just decided to not charge us for the beef we did not appreciate that as we would have liked the nachos how we ordered it and at least had a option to get the nachos we ordered as we would have taken the ground beef
