My husband and I ate on the Bar side to celebrate his birthday. Our server was extremely helpful and attentive. My husband ordered a blue cheese topping on his New York, and when the plate arrived, it did not have it. They were very quick to remedy the situation, however, when it returned, his steak was a little more cooked than he would have liked. We actually didn't even say anything about it. However, the manager came over a few minutes later to apologize again for the error and offered to remedy the situation by adding a second free dessert on top of the usual one they provide when you are celebrating something. Customer experience is their specialty. We do only come to. The Keg for special occasions, but we have never had a bad experience in years.

Service was great! Appetizers were very tasty(calamari and saganaki) Entrees were on point. Chicken Marsala was very tasty. Highly recommend
