Restaurants near Sunset Beach

Went here for a date night, and was not disappointed. Started with the truffle fries and calamari and they were both very light and delicious. Had plenty of each dip left over to go with the rest of our meal. Had a pizza and the gnocchi with chorizo for our mains and they blew us away they were so good. Having the dips left over for the pizza was perfect, the crust was so good with the truffle dip. Definitely recommend getting the chocolate gelato to finish up the meal as well, it was so rich and a perfect end to an amazing meal. Also their old fashioned was absolutely amazing

First time back to the new restaurant The delicate changes are extremely elegant and in very good taste. Some of the old staff is still there and adds some of the original ambience. The food we thought was at least as good as it originally was before. Rob Feeny is an incredibly talented chef, and extremely humble and gracious. We will definitely be back again.

Nightingale is one of my favourite restaurants in the city and I had another great experience today at lunch! I was entertaining clients, one of whom was vegetarian, and there were lots of vegetarian choices (that the non-vegetarians also loved)! The food is delicious and the service is very attentive and engaging. Our server was Mo and he was wonderful, providing lots of suggestions and confirmation that we were ordering some of the best dishes on the menu, though everything on the menu is terrific and you really can't go wrong!

My husband and I have been wanting to dine at Miku for a year and a half but could never find a reservation that worked with our schedule. We were thrilled to be able to finally dine there on his birthday. The staff were warm and friendly and the food was delicious. My husband was very happy to have celebrated at Miku. We hope to be back again, hopefully not a year later!

First: Brett is an amazing server and made our experience so memorable! Second: Food is always amazing Third: Wine List is probably one of the best in Vancouver for price and selection. Many other restaurants have huge wine lists but either don’t actually have them or they are way over priced. Fourth: Excellent menu, beautiful presentation. Only negatives are that the bathroom was not clean. There were dirty hand prints all over the bathroom stall and the restaurant needs sound dampening panels. When it’s busy, you can barely hear anyone at your table and people just end up yelling to try to have a conversation.
