I love this place. The food, service and the deck and patio are wonderful l. This time however I was a bit disappointed that the fan above us wasn’t operational (it was hot and we asked about it) and the patio was closed up and we had to ask for the windows to be open (usually they patio is open during business hours) it was really hot and stuff on the deck.

Had a fabulous meal. Great service and the sake sommelier was awesome! He even gave us a couple extra tastes and explained everything to us very well.

Megan was our server and she was excellent! Attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel comfortable and at home while we were there. The food was very good. I recommend the salmon! The lounge is open and airy inside, and the patio is quite lovely especially as night fell and the light played on the fountain. Just a great evening in a lovely setting!

My wife and I have walked by numerous times, seeing people having afternoon tea in The Prince of Wales Hotel. It looked so inviting with 3-tiered serving plates loaded with goodies! This trip to Niagara On the Lake was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we decided it was the perfect time to enjoy the experience. We absolutely loved the ambiance, the variety of teas, the food, and the outstanding service! It was one of the highlights of our whole trip! We would recommend the experience to any and all that might be interested in trying it. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent fixed 4 course menu. There are options to pick from in each course. Each course is extremely flavorful. Service is top notch. Brea I believe is our waitress name. She was very nice and made us feel at home. Celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary. Excellent choice for any occasion. I highly recommend it for any occasion.
