"Very pleasant dining experience. Delicious mixed salad to start. I had the Barrumundi dish with mashed potatoes subbed for the farro. Very tender and well prepared. Husband enjoyed rib eye steak. Very nice local wines with dinner.
Yes, I agree with some reviewers that to ask diners to keep their flatware for the next course isn’t exactly along the fine dining protocol. I haven’t experienced that in this kind of fine establishment before. It didn’t deter from the experience, but I was aware of the unusual practice. I have to assume they’re trying to be more “green” aware."See more
"My wife & I were impressed and pleased with the quality, value and service. Our booth was in the hands of "Taylor". She was truely outstanding. All items brought to us were very, very good. From the apperitizers, to salad, mini- muffins, scallop entre, blackened redfish, to key lime pie: All good. We asked Taylor where we would sit with a group of 12 to 16. She courteously answered all questions. When we go back we will ask for "Taylor". Going Coastal has a winning formula. Thanks."See more
