Always a great dinner at Javier’s. My favorite is the Arrechera. Ask for a side of corn tortillas. It won’t disappoint.

Our experience was wonderful start to finish. We came in to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday and were led to a cozy booth with a view of the sunset over the beach outside. Cocktails were fantastic, and we got a couple of apps but the brussel sprouts stole the show. Definitely don't skip them! Our short rib and seared ahi tuna entrees were amazing as well, to the point that we shared both because we couldn't decide which was better. And of course, the staple hula pie for the birthday boy topped off our visit. Service was great the whole way through and Alicia took such great care of us. Thank you Jake's!! We'll definitely be back next time we’re in San Diego.

Marisa was great, staff was great, food was great. We had to wait a little long before we were offered drinks and water, but it seemed like there was an influx of table sat at that time so nothing that is uncommon with regular service flow. I’m also impatient so take that with a grain of salt.

Once again, Steak48 hit it out of the park. With the top-notch service from Brian and his recommendation for the 14 oz gold plus charred strip steak, I can honestly say it’s one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The meal was perfectly timed and prepared to perfection. We ended the night with key lime pie and their signature butter cake, each crafted to an unforgettable taste. This is definitely San Diego’s best restaurant.

We had a fantastic experience. The staff were spectacular, the food was amazing, the ambiance, incredible. It was an anniversary celebration for us and the service blew us away, from the personalized menu to the amazing attention to detail by all the staff. A very happy experience all around. We highly recommend
