Le Manoir Botanica is a French dining destination set within a restored century-old Lanna manor in the highlands of Mae Rim, Chiang Mai.Its kitchens are led by Culinary Director Olivier Elzer, whose thirty-year career across France and Asia has earned a cumulative 30 Michelin stars, with a cellar curated by Master Sommelier Bertrand Lutaud. The cooking follows a Terroir-to-Table philosophy: classical French technique applied to the produce of Northern Thailand — wild botanicals, highland vegetables, Arabica coffee grown above 1,600 metres — sourced where possible from local farmers and forest foragers.The manor is part of the experience. Teak beams, hand-carved river stone and open courtyards house more than 50 works by Charoon Boonsuan, a pioneer of Impressionism in Thailand, making the estate a living gallery.Le Manoir Botanica opens in two expressions: Le Bistro at LMB, a relaxed French bistro seating 30, and an intimate 18-seat fine-dining room to follow.
