From the host stand to the bar to the table to the sommelier to the manager, we enjoyed meeting all of you, and thank you for greeting us with your beautiful smiles. We felt so welcome. - KKatrinaNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWillie Mae's NOLA is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving authentic Southern comfort food. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with warm, Southern hospitality that sets the tone for the entire dining experience. The highlight of the meal is undoubtedly the fried chicken, which is justifiably famous. It's perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The sides are equally impressive – buttery cornbread, and flavorful red bean hummus- yep- red bean hummus all complement the main dish beautifully. The atmosphere is casual, yet vibrant, capturing the essence of New Orleans with its lively energy and colorful decor. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Willie Mae's NOLA feels like a true gem of the neighborhood, serving up hearty portions and food that tastes like it’s been lovingly prepared by family. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel right at home throughout your meal. With its unbeatable combination of incredible food, authentic NOLA flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere, Willie Mae’s NOLA is a dining experience you won’t soon forget.More infoWillie Mae’s NolaPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Southern)• Warehouse District•4.7
