Excellent place and service. Great food and value. Music is extremely loud. Not for quiet dining.

We booked reservations to bring my family to The Keg for celebrating my father-in laws birthday. The guests occupying the booth reserved for us took longer to leave and as a result, we had both a hostess and manager apologize for the wait. A table in the lounge was offered to allow us to sit after 10 mins had passed, however we preferred to sit in the dining area. After a longer than anticipated wait (again, no fault of The Kegs) given the previous guests were not ready to leave and decided to extend their visit after paying the bill and having the table cleared—we were seated. The food was fabulous, the server was amazing and our family had a great time. When the bill arrived, the first round of drinks were covered and taken off our bill as an apology for the extended wait. We did not ask for this, rather the management went above and beyond to offer compensation for a small inconvenience to start our Saturday night family dinner. I am so impressed and will definitely come back to the Ajax location and recommend The Keg to family and friends. As always, The Keg over-delivered on my expectations!

This place is always on point and if it isn’t, they will find a way to make it better. I just wish they had a dress code. Tired of seeing people arrive in shorts and t-shirts that you’d wear if you were hanging out in your basement or camping. No need to look like you’re in a beauty pageant but how about business casual at the very least. Class the place up the way it used to be. Makes the evening feel more special rather than eating somewhere like a fast food place or greasy spoon.

Excellent and exceptional service and food. I had the mushroom chicken dish and from start to finish it was absolutely delicious and not to mention hot with every bite. Our server Steph was amazing and attentive and totally understanding toward my brother who is hearing impaired. Such a great personality and always smiling!

Food and service was quite good… our server was excellent. The room was very noisy as there was some event going on with a lot of young boys that really made it a little hard to on the ears at times however it was for a kids event so it was one of those things - kids having fun should be tolerated and Kelsey’s appropriately accommodated them and did seat us a bit further from the noise which helped. So far we have only had positive experiences at Kelsey’s.
