The ambience was great but the noise level was way too loud. I know that can’t be controlled by the restaurant, but it was an issue. The food was excellent but the service from our waitress was a little slow. Other than that the experience was great! I would definitely go back and dine again as long as my waitress was a little more attentive.

Took my son for his birthday since he wanted to try the trashcan nachos. The nachos were delicious, great flavor and tasted so good. The Cajun pasta is also very delicious, my husband had the Bacon Mac n Cheese burger. It was cooked exactly how he wanted it and tasted great. We also ordered the double barrel BBQ wings. The wings were not bad but I would not order them again I prefer some of the other food options better. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was our first time at Chica and we were impressed. I had the salmon from the restaurant week menu and my wife had the short ribs. Both were cooked perfectly with outstanding flavor. I loved the sauces used on both. I had the tres leches cake for desert which was also great. Sadly we were disappointed with the Churros which were not fresh.

Finally a restaurant that cooks a Ribeye - rare! I've been to all the high priced steak houses around the states. I order RARE everytime and always get it Medium Rare (which is ok , not what I ordered) Prime cut steaks can be cooked RARE and taste so much better than Medium Rare!. Delmonico's did a great job! The sides were also top notch, as the whole meal with dessert.

Came for restaurant week! Our server Darius was great! He was friendly, helpful and added to the pleasant experience. Food was fresh, flavorful and all around phenomenal. Had the fried green tomato blt, chicken tenders and short rib sandwich. Both were outstanding. Their homemade ranch and bbq sauce… top tier!

Discover Las Vegas

Second only to gambling the world’s most recognizable gaming destination, restaurant culture in Las Vegas is loud and proud. A popular outpost for Food Network stars’ restaurant offshoots or New York and Los Angeles restaurateurs looking for space and an eager audience, Las Vegas has been a real player on the culinary scene for years, despite its landlocked situation (unsustainable though it may seem, fish abounds.) In addition to the glitzy big names of casino restaurants, the city off-the-strip is dotted with strip malls many of which have become food destinations of their own. Whether its regional thai or better sushi than you ever thought could be served in the desert, the world is your, figurative, oyster in Vegas.
