What is District One? Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) is separated into 12 districts and District One is the epicenter for Entertainment and Dining. At District One in Las Vegas we are dedicated to bringing our customers a unique dining experience. Our flavors are distinctly Asian but not necessarily just Vietnamese. When we created the concept of District One, we wanted to create a menu that would reflect our personalities, our heritage and our experiences. District One’s chef and co-founders, are all long time Las Vegas Residents with a passion for food. That being said, District One's founders have taken inspiration all the way from Vietnam, Thailand, China and Japan to combine them with flavors from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New York.More
It all started when...
Chef Sheridan Su was born in Chinatown, Los Angeles and raised in Monterey Park, CA. Growing up in an area considered by many gourmands as home to some of the finest Asian restaurants in the world, this was a giant playground for his culinary beginnings. Since a child, Sheridan has had a fascination with taste and the transformation of ingredients, leading a very natural path to becoming a chef. Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Sheridan embarked on a culinary journey that has shaped who he is today. He has spent time in the acclaimed kitchens of Ambrosia on Huntington in Boston, Atelier in New York, and Sona in Los Angeles.
Here in Las Vegas, he has been on the opening teams of prestigious restaurants including, Joël Robuchon at the Mansion, Social House, Wazuzu, and as Executive Chef at Comme Ça. More

An olde English pub featuring modern culinary flair.
Be transported to a fox hunt on the English countryside while dining by the fireplace in our "Hunt Room" or dine casually on our patio overlooking the Grand Canal Shops. Take in a proper football game at our bar flanked with 13+ large screens and enjoy a pint or our 16 craft beers on tap or full bar with drink selections from around the globe.
Indulge in our house favorites like the Donut Burger- a double bacon cheeseburger built between three glazed donut layers and topped with a fried egg. We do feature salads but much prefer a Chicken Bacon and Waffle melt or Prime Rib, Sea Bass and Fish and Chips!
No Meal is complete without a Alcohol infused milkshake or Guinness cupcake! More
