Really nice place , small lunch menu but very tasty !
First of all the staff were friendly and efficient. All spoke perfect English which is a plus for most customers. The food eclectic yet thoughtfully prepared and plated. Each of us had the table d'hote. For starters one had a delicious minestrone, one cheese plate with 3 local cheeses and two had the magnificent wild boar rillettes. For the main therapy was a seafood chowder loaded with lobster mussels shrimp and halibut, two had the filet mignon cooked to perfection and one had the special of the day, halibut served over a barley "risotto". Desert was a cheese crack and three house specialties toasted caked with a maple caramel sauce and honey ice cream.
There was a slightly longer gap between starter and main so they served a morsel of gravlax style halibut.

We were visiting Quebec City and were staying close by. We had an early lunch and were quite surprised by the level of cuisine and presentation - beyond our expectation.
The shrimp fritters are delicious, salmon tartare more special than usual.
What an enjoyable and delicious meal we had! I appreciated the variety of options and the many unexpected dishes. I was glad to have made reservations since the restaurant was crowded on a Saturday night.
Fantastic meal tasting the typical dish "poutine": it was original with delicious potatoes and cheese. The waiters were friendly, polite, and always smiling. The ambience was very nice. I would totally recommend visiting this restaurant!

We loved the Tournbroche dinner we had and the lively terrace dining. The roasted chicken was done to perfection. The pate plate was a delicious piece of art. The staff attentive but not overbearing.
We were back in Quebec after visiting in 2015. We love this restaurant! In fact, it was the first reservation we made after travel and our Airbnb accommodations. We were in town for six nights and dined with these folks two evenings. We travel a good bit and live in a city with exceptional dining. That said, it would be very hard to beat the food, service, and location of this restaurant.
What a great experience! The food was great, they were knowledgeable in regard to my gluten allergy and helped me plan my meal around it. I had the chicken and would definitively have it again.

I appreciated the service and the quality of food I received at this restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable, all the guests that day got a free organic salad from their garden and the portions were excellent for what we paid for. I did however ask for a quieter table and got placed in one of the busiest areas. Overall a good experience with one improvement.
It’s was an absolutely wonderful experience, the menu was inventive, service was perfect, my only criticism is that the halibut gravlax was a bit lacking in flavor but everything else we had was superb.
This was the best meal we had in Quebec City. Excellent food , especially for the price. Locally sourced and organic. Diverse menu. Service and atmosphere were great as well. In general we found food prices in Quebec City on the higher end for what you get. We went to Le Continental the night before. Very highly rated so we were surprised by the meal, which we thought was was very disappointing. The chateaubriand was decent enough, but not when you consider the small size and extraordinary price. The sides were cold. The scallop appetizer adequate but uninspiring. Le Continental was highly recommended by our hotel, yet this restaurant was not, which we did not understand.
What a wonderful restaurant that focuses on farm to table in its truest form!! They use locally grown produce, chickens, have their own bee hives, make their own ice cream and in total everything is homemade. They grow their own produce and herbs on their rooftops during the season, I could not believe how delicious and fresh everything tasted! Even their bread was homemade.
The place was so wonderful that we went back the next night as we wanted to try more offerings. I only wish this restaurant was nearby to me so that i could enjoy it more often. I big thanks to the staff, the management for supporting local and hiring such talented staff. Thank you!!

I am torn - a 5 for appetizers and drinks - get the charcuterie and cheese plates - you will not regret it! Entrees on the other hand a 2 .... the chicken which was raved about by the server was VERY dry. The seafood chowder was full of seafood but ehhh in flavor. Best entree was the Caesar salad out of 7 people. Would go again for apps and drinks only.
The best meal we had in Québec, and that’s saying something! The Organic Crush, a charcuterie dream dish of paté, sausage, cheeses, veggies, was delicious.

Our waitress explained everything and was friendly and attentive. We ate here twice- once the fixed price ( which was delicious) with duck legs tender and succulent and a rainy day lunch with organic chicken and vegetables Sheppard pie. Easy to get to in old Quebec - highly recommended!

Very nice meal in an attractive and comfortable setting on Rue St. Jean in the Old City. I had the warm beet salad and Shepherd’s Pie. Both were excellent. My son had the Filet Mignon. We shared a dessert selection that included a chocolate pudding cake, cookies with cream and a Creme Brûlée that were all amazing. We could not finish everything. My only regret was not having enough appetite to fit in one of the great looking selection of local craft beers on tap. Really liked this place, and look forward to coming back.

Fantastic resto in Old Quebec. The service was phenomenal and the space was warm and inviting on a very, very cold night. We had a good Quebec cheese plate, local duck and our family favorite: maple syrup on snow.
I went there during a cold winter night, and had an average meal. The restaurant advertises itself for organic food, their ingredients do taste sweeter and fresher, but I would hardly believe they are superior than other Quebec restaurants at this price range. The cooking is fair, but the chef could have some room of improvement on emphasising the taste of the ingredients. The lamb I had tasted fresh, but he cooking hardly helped with its presentation. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for a casual gathering if you are around, but please do take advises from other comments about their specialties.
