This was our first time to Le Voltaire. At first impression, it's a super cute French restaurant and smelled amazing right when we walked in! The service was fantastic. I ordered the special, Grouper, and my husband got the filet. Wow! Not only was the food cooked perfectly, but the flavors and ingredients complemented each other so well. We definitely plan on returning.

This was the first time we ate here, and we would for sure go back. We had the lobster and crawfish appetizer, which we loved. The whipped butter with French bread was special. The quail was delicious and cooked perfectly. The salads were really good as well. The burger was over cooked and the onion jam was too sweet. Would not recommend the burger, however they were so accommodating and apologetic about the burger and gave us free dessert. We had the crème brûlée and it was very yummy.

We had a very friendly and accommodating staff and our lunch was delightful. It was our first visit and we will definitely come back again. Unfortunately the bakery was nearly sold out and so we’ll have to visit earlier in the day in order to sample some of their popular baked goods!

We had an amazing Anniversary celebration which started off with complimentary champagne! What a nice surprise! We began our meal with escargot and Brie dishes which were superb! These are two of our favorite French items! For our main dishes my husband ordered the Sunfish special of the evening and I ordered the Quail special Both were fabulous! We topped off the meal with Chocolate Mousse which is a favorite. Our server, Shawn, was fabulous! We had an absolutely perfect evening. Highly, Highly recommend this fine dining experience!

Our filets were DELICIOUS! Ordered med rare and cooked perfectly. We love their escargot with cheese, best in town. Salad is always fresh. Lisa was our server and her timing is always excellent. Le Voltaire is one of our favorite places to eat.

Yet another excellent experience at Le Voltaire. Ambiance was upscale without the associated pretentiousness. A variety of food available, everyone ordered something different and the presentation was spot on for each. Comprehensive wine list with multiple recommendations with each menu items.

The food here is simply delicious. This is our favorite restaurant in the entire city. The staff is amazing and our waiter Sean is delightful. I have yet to try the brunch but for dinner, dinks and wine…you cannot do any better in Omaha.

Le Voltaire has a wonderful atmosphere, and the service is impeccable. However, I was really disappointed with the food. We both had Pheasant, which came highly recommended. I don't want to fault the restaurant, because I had never had pheasant, and perhaps this is the way pheasant meat always is, but it was very fatty, and hard to eat. For me, I would not recommend it. Otherwise, the experience was great.

We go to this French restaurant all the time, we love the food. It seems the past couple times it’s taking a long time to get from appetizer to main course. All those servers are great we usually book with Sam and she’s been taken care of as the past year.

We both got steak and frites that we've had previously and loved. For some reason it was an off night for them and both were just okay. The brie appetizer was delicious and consistent with our past experiences here. I'll give it another try for sure but hoping it's not a meat quality change that sticks around. Our waitress was super attentive and helpful - very cheerful too. The service here is always GREAT and a big part of why we like it so much.

Le Voltaire is a lovely, comfortable restaurant, where you immediately feel calm and your stress level begins to lower. It is not noisy, just quiet chatting. Food and wine is to be enjoyed along with good company. It is a special place for me and I look forward to my next visit with great anticipation.

Outstanding service and attention, the food is authentic fare, took me back to Europe. Servings were plentiful and every dish was distinct in flavor & presentation. From appetizers to dessert, to the wine list, everything was top notch! Chef Wilson is a delightful master, who saw to every detail of our dining experience. We will probably make this a regular date night spot. C'est magnifique!
