Lee Ratings and Reviews
Always great ambiance and amazing food journeys. Service is one of the best in Toronto!
Outstanding service and excellent quality and interesting food. Would definitely visit again
Food is excellent- service great - tables a little too close together
It didn’t have the same level of ambiance, service and polish as the other Susur Lee restaurants. It was disappointing.
There are only a few vegan items on the menu, but the staff was helpful and informed and what I did eat was UNFORGETTABLE. I highly, highly recommend the crispy tofu. Oh, and the cocktails were divine - do not skip cocktails!
It was so good that you wish the portions were bigger. Very creative menu
One of th3 best restaurants in Toronto! Will be back many times. Must order the 17 ingredient slaw.
wish they would serve half size Singapore noodle salad
Bar-I had coconut Margareta
lousy -not much Liquor
price too high for size and quality of drink
Excelente restaurante! I had the best salad of my life! Loved everything!
We were a group of 4, attending Lee for my husbands birthday. Overall we loved Lee - the food was exceptional, the service was great, the price - well, we knew what we were getting into.
The only issue we had, was the speed of service. Normally this would be something you would hope to be fast - but it was like Olympic eating, it arrived way too fast. We had barely sipped our cocktails and we had 3 dishes arrive - and we ordered 6. The next three came promptly after. We had received all 6 dishes in 50 minutes.
We were there to enjoy Susur's dishes and instead we felt we had to gobble them down in order to make room on the table for the next dish.
We loved the food, it was creative, delicious, beautiful - but we all ended up with indigestion.
Great atmosphere.. never a disappointment.. get the cheeseburger spring rolls off the menu.. tried them at frings and sent them back pronto. Some gross beef paste. Everything else is on point. Truth be told. I just went there for the singapore slaw. 😊
It was very good
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Lee. We had the signature slaw which is really as good as people say it is. We went with the wagyu, which in my opinion, didn't add to the dish, so I would skip that the next time. The octopus was delightful, I don't know how the chefs cooked the octopus to get it so tender! The twist with caramelized plantains was very ingenious and something I would never have thought of. We also had the Penang buttermilk fried chicken which was good but I guess I'm not a huge fan of buttermilk fried chicken but that's just a personal taste. I would have liked to have the option of picking dark meat. Overall very satisfied and will come back to try more.
The slaw was incredible! Well, everything was delicious for that matter! The service and ambiance were perfect for a night out with my girlfriends. We tasted many different menu items and shared amongst us. By far, some of the best food I've ever tasted!
I have always had great food and service at Lee and I would highly recommend it for any occasion,
Some items are too pricey for the quantity , but dishes are very flavourful !
Overall a great experience. The food was spectacular. The service by Vanessa was great. 😀👍🏻
Great meal, especially excited to return for the Singapore Slaw. Three times there was a mix up with our neighbours’ food.
Your waitress doesn’t deliver your food to your table, it is brought by someone else, thus the mix up. In the end they forgot to add our drinks to our bill so they had to catch us on the way out. Our waitress was very apologetic. Again, someone different mixes drinks at your table so there are bound to be mix ups. All in all it was a good experience.
We received the wrong appetizer which we sent back causing a delay for our toddler's meal time. Apart from that in general a good restaurant.
Excellent as always! One person in are group always there for the first time and he was blown away. Will definitely be back.
Found the restaurant to be overrated.
Food items were variant from really good (the salad) to very bad (the gratin Indian plastic bundle dish).
Waiter was overbearing - he talked too much and didn’t stop visiting the table every few minutes for our opinions. This was our second time and can honestly say that we tried twice and weren’t shown a better time the second time. Meal was mediocre at best and when we tried to say we didn’t like a dish we were given a description of what the dish was. So as to brush off our complaint.
The food was absolutely fantastic. So creative. This has and continues to be one of my favourite spots in the city. The Singapore Slaw is an absolute must. I am also a huge fan of the Spicy Tofu - the sauce is insanely delicious.
great food, big variety, good wines, excellent service
Excellent experience , wonderful service and amazing food
Great experience!! The slaw prepared tableside and drinks prepared tableside were a great feature.
Great ambience, amazing food!
Highly recommend the slaw salad - I’ve had it for years and always look forward to going back and starting off our meal with it.
Food was outstanding, great service... however portions were too small and overall expensive!
Amazing food and service! Very attentive. Friendly.
Lee's was very good and the portion sizes were great for the value.
The food was delicious.
The wait staff were very open and helpful with suggestions and explanations.
Can't wait to go back and try more dishes.
The waitress was very sweet. We ordered the black cod and octopus. Both dishes were amazing. We shared the cheeseburger spring rolls and it was very tasty. The both ordered cocktails (apple harvest and peachy keen) and were disappointed. All we could taste was the alcohol. We would recommend this place for special occasions.
A great place for special occasions and the service is the best. Food is excellent and the “slaw” is always a pleasure for dining. Great job . We will be back.
I have been visiting Lee restaurant for 12 years and every time dine I had an exceptional experience.
Last Sunday however I have left a bit disappointed. I have invited two friends of mine to join me for dinner before the Pitbull concert. We had a see food special and although the presentation was fabulous and the food was fresh the taste was a bit disappointing. The food was salty and the lobster shooters unusual in texture. An expensive dish $150 , I would not order it again. We paid $380 plus tip for the 3 of us . We ordered 2 appetizers + see food special , bottle of white wine .....it was an expensive dinner .
Great food and fast service, the slaw was a highlight. Interesting signature cocktails. They provided a complimentary dessert after hearing we were celebrating an anniversary. A little loud but overall a great evening
Lee has always been one of my favorites. I have been going for years and have introduced many friends to it. Quality of food is the best and menu is diverse. Something for everyone!
Great food and great service.
The Cole slaw is amazing! A must visit when going to Toronto.
One of our favorite restaurants in Toronto. We try to go whenever we are in Toronto. Complex flavors and great combinations. The slaw is one of my favorite restaurant dishes ever. And we travel a great deal and eat out a great deal.
Always a great meal. I crave the Singapore Slaw on a daily bases.
but i think the seafood is quite expensive.
