Lee Ratings and Reviews
The service was great. I really didn’t like the wine they brought me and the waiter went back and asked the chef what he would recommend based on the reason why I didn’t like the wine. The food with timely and delicious. We followed the waiter’s suggestion of the slaw + 2 dishes and I’m so glad we did because we were full by the end of 3 dishes. Every dish is very unique here. We got the slaw, poached lobster and shrimp ravioli, and cheeseburger spring rolls. I can’t wait to come here again and try their other dishes!
The food is consistently prepared and delicious. More importantly, the service is always top-notch!
Always love Lee
Great food and great service. The team did a great job with our gluten and dairy allergies. The food was unique and exceptionally good.
This is my second time going here and Im really glad that I wasn't disappointed at all. Everything was wonderful.
Food was amazing! Great intimate setting, service, cocktails and food. Perfect for special occasions!
Always the best in Toronto. Always a pleasure to go back and have some high quality dishes. Chef Lee was there, and we had the pleasure to talk to him.
Lee is a perennial favourite and my go to for business dinners and special occasions. Delicious cocktails and food, attentive service, sinful desserts. Everything you could ask for in a good restaurant.
My partner and I are foodies and love Susur Lee so it was a treat to go to his restaurantto celebrate a birthday. We had the tasting menu for two, which is 8 delicious 'surprise' courses and a cart special drink. The service was perfect. Our waiter, Sam, was really professional and great. The food was really fancy and amazing. Lots of things I've never tried before and the plating was beautiful.
We got the chef’s sample and everything was excellent! The staff was very nice, knowledgeable and informative. Overall a great meal and a great dining experience.
A bit too noisy due to holiday parties. Otherwise great consistency in food - delicious and memorable.
Pork ribs were dry. Chunks of dry un-chewable beef in beer taco. The slaw was amazing! Service was amazing!
Amazing food as always, went twice and the food was of high quality. The amalgamation of so many flavors is out of this world. Keep up the good work guys!
You cant go wrong with anything on their menu. The cuisine and service are to die for!
Food was amazing as usual! Tried the shrimp dish and it was absolutely amazing!
Outstanding food-always go to Lee when I am in Toronto-
I had my hopes up as it looked like a great place and I have visited once before during winterlicious and it wasn’t bad. Our server had attitude, huge waits to get our food, bill and drinks. Worst of all our so called top chef Winning dish was not that great. A lack of mouth watering flavours. But hey maybe that’s bc all our meals arrived cold..... yuck!!!
Guess I’m not recommending this place ever
This place never fails to deliver!
Excellent service and one of the best meals I have ever had.
This was our second time at Lee and, just like the first time, we were not disappointed! The food is incredible! We had the Singapore Slaw (a dish they are famous for) again and this time tried the Luckee Shrimp and the Slow Braised beef. It was outstanding! Service is always great too. Very knowledgeable staff and they always make great recommendations. For a party of two, ordering three sharing plates is more then enough!!! We will be back!
Slaw was amazing as always. Service was surprisingly off. Had first two courses immediately and on top of each other - very rushed. Then waited 30 minutes for 3rd and after another 45 offered to pay (for all courses) so we could leave. Server insisted on sending to go even though we explained we were in a hotel. Check came with no acknowledgement of issues. Chalking it up to a rough night as usually Lee is one of my favorite Toronto restaurants.
I have been 5 times, lucky me
My friends were there for the first time and loved the experience
My wife and I went to Lee to celebrate our birthdays. We decided to go for the special tasting menu which included 6 courses for $95/person. Overall, the food was good but was not worth the price tag. Service was very attentive and very helpful.
Always great food but this time the server was quite robotic and harsh
As always the food was amazing. Susur was gracious and a real delight to speak to and the drinks and wine were wonderful. Our waitress had very bad timing and was awkward but it could have been a newness factor. That 19 ingredient salad is ridiculous (ridiculously good) and I️ might be addicted to the Cheung Fun. I’m looking for a help group as we speak.
We had a really good meal on Tuesday Nov 20th. The Singapore Slaw was really well balanced and a good starter for the meal. We also had the grilled octopus and the Top Chef Curry Chicken - both were really good. We had the "Tong Yuen" dish for dessert, a really smart spin on a traditional Chinese dessert. The service was great, our server Sam was very attentive and genuine. The only one thing if I need to be picky is that our wine (a sav. Blanc and a Pinot noir were just ok. For $21 / glass I expected to be better. Overall it was a great meal.
Fantastic culinary experience
The waitress was lovely and the dining experience was great overall. However, my only complaint are the hostesses. No hello when I walked in, no smile. One actually looked angry. Upon leaving, same thing. No goodbye, no thank you for coming, etc. Each time there were no other customers around them, so they weren't busy.
Hostesses play a very important part of the whole restaurant experience. They're the first people we see and the last. Unfortunately they left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't rush back.
Lee is always a good time! The food is consistently delicious and the slaw is hands down the best dish in Toronto - must go more often!! Highly recommend
It was perfect.
It used to be better.
The server didn’t know the answers to questions I asked and the tables are so close that you have no choice but to get your neighbours.
Great food! My wife and I had the Singaporean-Style Slaw, Cheese Burger Spring Roll and the “Luckee” Shrimp Cheung Fun. They all were 10/10 dishes. Service was perfect as well. Our favourite restaurant in Toronto!
Always great ambiance and amazing food journeys. Service is one of the best in Toronto!
Outstanding service and excellent quality and interesting food. Would definitely visit again
Food is excellent- service great - tables a little too close together
It didn’t have the same level of ambiance, service and polish as the other Susur Lee restaurants. It was disappointing.
There are only a few vegan items on the menu, but the staff was helpful and informed and what I did eat was UNFORGETTABLE. I highly, highly recommend the crispy tofu. Oh, and the cocktails were divine - do not skip cocktails!
It was so good that you wish the portions were bigger. Very creative menu
One of th3 best restaurants in Toronto! Will be back many times. Must order the 17 ingredient slaw.
wish they would serve half size Singapore noodle salad
Bar-I had coconut Margareta
lousy -not much Liquor
price too high for size and quality of drink
