Best restaurant experience in Syracuse. We travel from NYC to visit family and honestly have a hard time finding fine dining in the are. This place has it all. Amazing food, great ambiance with live music, a great wine list and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Paid 120.00 for dual lobster. Mistake happened in kitchen. Delivered one and then delivered a second. Bad practices. Should have taken back the first and delivered ad ordered. Was cold as well.

All 5 of us cannot say enough wonderful things about this restarant! Our waiter was FABULOUS! The food was incredible… you name it! Not a single tiny disappointment! It was Mothers Day/college graduation celebration and now a great memory forever!

Food is excellent but very pricey for the portions you get on most dishes. Love the decor and seating is comfortable. No problem with our reservation and they were able to accommodate a last minute extra person, much appreciated. Would have been nice to have specials written out because it was a lot of information to take in and you had no idea of the price. Great place to go for a special treat!

Lemon Grass is a special, fine dining experience! The attention to detail in every menu item is amazing. I had a special lobster and chicken entree with red & yellow curry…delicious. Our server was attentive and helpful.

Excellent food, we reserved a table for 4 for graduation and the restaurant is spacious with excellent food and service. The only thing is portions are comparably small, but they taste great!

Unfortunately for us, it just didn't live up to the hype. The food was just meh, not extremely flavorful. I got the filet massaman, and my wife got the sweet tamarind with shrimp. Both dishes were OK but nothing spectacular. We also got the seafood salad special as an appetizer, and it was just very bland. We did not try the desserts since the rest of the food didn't wow us. I don't mind the price if the experience and taste of food is worth it but it just wasn't this visit. Maybe we'll try again, maybe not.

I had the opportunity to have a wonderful dinner last night. The artwork throughout the restaurant and bar is beautiful and a delight to experience. Our server Aaron was absolutely delightful. He had full command of the menu offering the best of what you have to offer. He was attentive and has a hospitable spirit. The Bangkok beef had incredible flavor though was very tough. Not was I was expecting. The special Kao Soy was fantastic with the combination of lobster, chicken and a scallop. The shrimp dumplings were great with the toppings of sautéed garlic. The steaky bacon was wonderfully flavored with the sweet buns as an accompaniment. Why I rated this Lemon Grass low was the management. My guest and I whitenesses a few interactions with the staff of him swearing and being overly critical. The fact that I could hear and see this was truly awful. He has white hair glasses and walked through the restaurant with hands in pockets. Unfortunately unprofessional and a poor representation of a restaurant of this caliber. Shame on you. Our reservation was at 5:00 I would hope you would interview the staff in a focus group to gather their thoughts, it my be enlightening.

This restaurant was amazing! My fiancé and i I went for our 6th anniversary and we could not have been more impressed with the overall experience! Our waiter, Charles, was pleasant, and helpful. He made sure we enjoyed our meal, and that we got out in time for our concert afterward! We will definitely be going back!

Our first time visiting the new location, and while we preferred the ambiance of the cozy Bistro Elephant, they have done a wonderful job with this new venue. Our server, Charles, was excellent. He provided the perfect amount of guidance with the menu, was attentive, and enhanced our dining experience. The food was outstanding, although we missed the pad thai; we were assured it would be coming back to the menu this summer. The meal was well timed, we never felt rushed and left very satisfied. We will be back very soon!

This was a delectable experience! The fried chive cakes for an appetizer and the tofu entree with sautéed Forest mushrooms was fantastic. Staff were friendly and attentive. I’d love to go back and try one of the curries- but I don’t believe they’re vegan.

Have been going here for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed until this time. Had the bone in ribeye, ordered rare. It came medium, WTF. Told the waitress and all she could say was "Oh". The Tai sauce it came with was like a bowl of salt. No flavor but salt. Wife ordered the forest mushroom with shrimp. Dish was good but only had three slices of mushroom.

Service was very slow. ONLY restaurant in the world I have ever been to where no salt and pepper is ever on the table. Meals came relatively quickly, but a quick check after service never happened. We wanted another couple of drinks, a side and salt and pepper. Too late by the time they came back. There’s plenty of room for improvement for the $$$ they charge in Syracuse. Everything should be top notch. It’s not there yet.

We had a really nice time. The atmosphere was charming, the clientele was chic, and the staff was professional and friendly. The food was superior, particularly the oysters. Our entrées were delicious. The dessert, their famous sorbet basket was gorgeous and refreshing. I recommend it!
