The wait staff was very attentive, polite, and quick! The ambiance was very nice and everyone was quite comfortable! The food service went very quickly and all the meals were enjoyed by all. Overall a great experience :)

We had 1.5 hours to dine, so we had looked on line in advance and decided what to eat, so we could order right as we sat down. We were astonished that the menu on line is not at all the menu they have available at the restaurant, with FAR fewer choices. We told the waiter what time we had to be finished eating to make it to our meeting. So we ordered drinks & hummus right away, while we looked at their actual real menu. The hummus was served 25 minutes after we ordered it! The hummus was very good and a beautiful presentation, but 25 minutes to be served is not acceptable. Two of the 4 drink requests had issues: they were out of Proseco, and the wrong draft beer was delivered to the table. Of the 4 dinners, 2 liked their food, and 2 left most of it on their plate. All of us ate very quickly because it took so long for all of our food to come out. The restaurant was mostly empty, but still we could not get our waiter's attention to bring our check.

My family and I visited this restaurant since it is in the lobby of the Hyatt, we were staying at. We regretted it immediately. The service was poor, the time for food was excessive, and the quality of the food compared to the value was poor. Example. The cheese pizza for my youngest son cost $19 and the pizza from seven eleven tastes better for a lot less. In the end, based on everything, we would have been better going to the other surrounding restaurants. Avoid this place

We had the breakfast buffet. Overall it was good but when you are vegetarian it is not that same amount of food as others can eat. For that price I would have expected better.

The restaurant week dinner menu was a bargain (priced 15 less for dinner) than other restaurants. Doty (lead cook), Saul (server), gave the best service and food of the week. This place makes their own bread, pizza, and pastry on site…it is sorely underrated. Will be running back soon with my children for more great eats and service.

Popped in for breakfast, had some of the best pancakes I’ve had in a long while. Everything on the plate was a winner, but there could have been more variety for the cost. Also, only serves mimosas on weekends!

Waitstaff were very nice and very good the problem was there were too few of them; when my steak came grievously over cooked, I had to search for someone to take it back. This was an expensive item and I finally tracked down a person at the bar who took the steak to the kitchen. Twenty or more minutes later I got my steak back, perfectly done. There were many apologies but no attempt at recompense. The next morning I asked for the manager and she had been on that night knew the story and cut my breakfast bill by 20%. It is customary when this problem happens to offer the customer some recompense; a free drink, a dessert, a percentage reduction on the bill. Managers need some customer service training. The rest of the food was excellent, the popover and sweet potato puree were outstanding, as was the squash soup. I would recommend this restaurant with reservations.

The food was very flavorful and appealing. My husband remarked that the hash browns were the best he'd ever had. However the drinks were disappointing. My mimosas were room temperature and my husband's bloddy Mary was overshadowed by the taste of cucumbers.

Always enjoy brunch at Level Two; good menu and food is excellent. Nice selection of cocktails for brunch, however, we noticed that several tables were waiting for drinks while the bartender was busy talking with guests at the bar. Also, seemed as if he had to go to the 'back' to get ingredients for drinks that were listed on the menu. One would think ingredients for drinks would be available at the bar during brunch hours. Our server has always been attentive and did apologize for the delay in receiving our drinks. Will return to Level Two; good find.

The only recommendation would be to make the brunch menu more extensive and liven up the atmosphere with some up beat music. It was a bit too quiet, you could almost snooze off at the table.

Thoroughly enjoyed brunch over Memorial Day weekend; food and service superb Took advantage of a Living Social special; did the job because we had never been there, but will be back again. Nice selection of entrees and the drink menu offered a variety of unique specialty drinks for a reasonable cost. Thank you!

1. Service was not on par with the food. 2.Person who actually brought our meals to the table from the kitchen was the nicest person we dealt with. 3. I was charged sales tax on a Groupon paid with cash was not given a receipt or my change this after give the young lady a tip. 4. If you do decide to go be mindful that if you use a Groupon the service you receive may frustrate or irritate you due to the fact you paid for a Groupon to eat there.
