Best service, staff went above and beyond!!! Local restaurant owner, who treats everyone like family.

This app seems to glitch when hitting the next button, I had to go out and come back in and still some hiccups

I order Prime Rib and had to send it back. I found it difficult to cut and to chew. My waitress was great; sent it back and got me a rib steak and that was way below your standards also; did not eat much of it. Waitress said they would talk to their supplier. I have had Prime Rib at your restaurant and it was wonderful. Dessert was great and so was the coffee. The duck was very nice that my husband ordered.

Was a bit cold in the side room but experience was great.

It was a beautiful place, wonderful staff. The only issue looking back; the duck was over cooked (dry as a dessert), I did not complain then cause the flavour was all there. Skip the duck have the fish

We visit Le Villa serval times a year and have been impressed almost without exception. So, when COVID restrictions were lifted it was one of our first choices for a night out (Valentine's Day). The reception and servers were fantastic (as usual), the Pinot wine, one of the best selections we'd had, the food however was a bit disappointing. The first course soup was tasty but only warm (at best). Particularly the main (third) course fish was cold and for some reason was overly-charred...and on bed of overlay saturated (something). Chocolate cheese cake was excellent but the coconut panna cotta was missing something...The Pre-fixé menu bison short-rib and cappuccino were excellent. At the end, a hefty tab...but considering the service, ambience, past-history of quality for value and our hope Le Villa will survive, worth it.

Cocktails were great, prime rib was okay. The service was very slow. The server would check in with the table next to us and walk right past us even though we had dirty empty plates and our drinks were almost empty. The server however was quite polite.

As always, the food, service, and the over all experience was PERFECT and predicatably so.

Dined here on a Sunday for prime rib special. Is a very good value especially since it includes soup or salad and dessert. Steaks are also very good here and always cooked perfectly. Our server was good although a little inexperienced. She was attentive and pleasant.
Will eat here again.

Lovely food and service I will be back with friends

As usual, the food was great and the service was excellant. It took a little longer to get our meals than usual but it was well worth the wait.

We were given a perfect table by the fireplace, and our server Jordan did an awesome job of serving our table. She was exceptionally pleasant and we appreciated her happy yet polite and professional demeanour. The food was consistently delicious as usual. My husband thought his salad was on the small side for the price. And as it was my birthday, we were treated to a glass of port. We always return to LeVilla for our special occasions as we are always happy with all aspects of our dinner experience

We love this restaurant, it used to be our family’s to go place for family celebrations and gatherings or just a nice meal. We were very happy to be back there this weekend. The ambience, service and food were excellent as always - tried pork chops first time and loved it.

One thing shadowed our mood and evening is that we had an Open Table dining certificate (no expiry date one), it was issued three month ago. We were told we can not use it at first. We ended up calling Open Table from the restaurant to confirm with the Open Table representative that we can indeed use it.

The staff should have been careful and verify instead of just giving easy “no”, especially in such upscale place as LeVilla.

We used Open Table certificates in the other restaurants in the past and never had an issue.

It would be much appreciated for this not to happen as it spoiled our mood for the evening and left a mark on our favorite restaurant of 8 years which we always loved and recommended to everyone as a best place in the area.

We written this as “one time off incident” and are planing to come back to dine there again but it will never be the same for us...

Customer care is a very important aspect of customers retention and satisfaction and unfortunately no great food can replace that.

We went for a couples night out with good friends and were extremely happy with the level of service , ambience and amazing food! We had a fabulous waitress Monique who actually took the time to call me and verify our reservation. She was very friendly and professional and made sure we were taken care of all evening. The menu has so many delicious choices that we all said we have to go back to try different ones!
Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Love it here...it’s our go to YYC restaurant.
