   Excellent food excellent service Brian the owner is very nice. Comes around and talks to everybody asks how your food is etc. if you’re a dessert person please get the crème brûlée best I ever had atmosphere is very nice quiet One of my favorite restaurants.

   Was disappointed on our visit. It was my Birthday and clicked off the Birthday Button when making our reservation. They did nothing. We were seated in a back room that was very noisy where one could hardly hear what one was saying to the other. Got the Surf & Turf combo. My steak was cooked perfect, where my wife's was overdone. Both our lobsters tails were overcooked. The all you can eat salid bar was excellent.

   We love the Library IV. The food couldnt be better! Something for everyone and the best salad bar!!! Our waiter, ANDREW is awesome. pays attention to everything. Very knowledgeable, and friendly. It is well worth the price!!!

   Great food, service and atmosphere. The setting is very casual. The food is outstanding. The food and dining experience is much as good as the high end steak houses such as Capitol Grill and Morton's Steak House but with more reasonable prices. It is always good.

    We lived in NJ for a long time but have moved to the Pocono Mountains. Every chance we get, we return to the Library for a great meal and drinks. Brian always stops by to make you feel welcome. The food was great as always and the bartenders always make you feel at home. We came all the way down for my wife’s birthday celebration at the Library.

    We had a nice dinner. Least favorite part was the appetizer… my husband ordered calamari. It was a very small portion compared with other restaurants. Everything else was delish and satisfying.

    An excellent dining experience. Our waiter Zack went above and beyond. He informed me of the rewards program and helped me sign up. He was exceptional in every way. The food was perfectly cooked and served quickly. My family is already looking forward to our next visit.

    Feel like the place is a bit outdated now, I used to love this place but it’s now really showing it’s age and I feel like little details that can be easily updated aren’t. Food was decent, the portions are great which is a plus. Service is great. Staff is always awesome and attentive.

    Overall, I like the Library IV, however the steak quality has declined in the last 1-2 years. Drinks are good, soups are terrible (except for french onion). Salad bar is always excellent. I generally go for the steak, and should return to the advertised higher quality. I rec'd a Texas roadhouse ribeye at Library prices last time. I will return because it could have been a Wednesday steak versus a Fri-Sunday steak.

    The salad bar was very good. But the dinners were not very good. The stuffed salmon was cooked too long and was dried out. And the other fish dinner was also cooked too long and got chewy. Not sure if we will return there.

    Maybe it was just a fluke but after we placed our order we waited over an hour for our meals to come out. The 2 out of the 3 daily specials we ordered were over cooked. Paste lacked flavor. However Donna our waitress was awesome. She was personable, and professional.

    As always, filet mignon served perfectly as ordered, salad bar excellent, shrimp cocktail fresh and cold. A great dinner, but that is nothing new to those who frequent Library IV....

    I haven't been there in a while. Everything from beginning to end was unbelievable never disappoints Brian is such an outstanding owner who puts his all into making sure the food is excellent and his guests are well taken care of a consummate professional. I ordered the filet mignon there are no words to describe how outstanding EVERY bite was can't wait to return.

    Brought my girlfriend there for dinner on Saturday the 15th of April had let them know ahead of time was never even brought up (not a huge deal). We were buried in the furthest back dimmley lit area of the restaurant. It just got worse as the evening went on. Getting someone to wait on us took what seemed to be a lifetime (girlfriend's birthday) once we finally ordered our drinks that took forever to arrive. We ordered and went to what appeared to be the salad bar at a $3.00 buffet with stale bread and soggy lettuce. Our main course arrived what an abomination, my steak was passable but the steak they brought for my girlfriend looked as though it was cooked at a Diner. I had the twice cooked baked potato and she had a regular baked potato both were actually colder than room temperature and tasted like cardboard. At this point we figured let's cut our losses just had them pack everything up to bring home to the dogs. No desert no coffee just get out as quick as possible. I have no idea what has become this place but I can say this was one of the worst meals I've in I couldn't tell you. Needless to say after apologizing to my girlfriend (she's cool) we made arrangements to go celebrate another night and guess where we're not going.

    Great presentation on the lamb chops, but absolutely no flavor! Was not told salad bar was included at first. Once I finally was, I canceled the side order of broccoli. Service went south afterward. The server dropped my card on the table when I paid my bill!
