Saturday & Sunday Brunch 11 am -2 pm
What a beautiful location: great wines, a beautiful view, and excellent food. My dish - grilled broccoli with faro - was so good, I want to try to make at it home, as the drive to Okanagan Falls is too far for everyday dining. I can’t wait until I can go again.
Excellent ambience, meal and service - incredible afternoon
Lovely view and wine, food was bland
A great restaurant for foodies - plates were interesting, creative and artistic. The service was flawless and our server gave perfect wine pairing recommendations. View and ambiance among the best in the valley.
Went for dinner at Liquidity Bistro with some foodie friends from outside of BC over the weekend. Our entire table of 4 opted for the Chef's Tasting Menu. We were all blown away by not only the creativity and beautiful presentation of the dishes, but the delicious flavour combinations. Sometimes these were unexpected, but always good. What was also surprising was the sheer number of courses. Between the amuse-bouches and the petit-fours at the start and the end, I think it was about 11 courses! Although each course was not very big, it all added up to a fair amount of food and none of us had any more room by the end of it. There were a lot of comments of "What, there's more?!" but we were all thrilled by each and every course. Service was lovely too. Although I have eaten here before, it was the first time for my friends, but certainly won't be the last.
Brought a group from all over & everyone was super impressed with their lunch. Outstanding. It was my husbands birthday and none of us had eaten there before and all were hugely impressed with their meals. Highly recommend.
Staff was outstanding as well right from reserving to the end. Great job!
Great patio, limited menu
Ladies lunch out with wine tasting! Great service, delicious food, and lovely views.
Too many small plates on the menu - should have checked the menu on the website
View is great, but food was quite disappointing... the region have more beautiful restaurant with view that offer a better quality for the price
What an experience.
Top notch service, great view, nice wines and beautiful creative food.
Food is different than other restaurants and oh so tasty. Service is friendly not stuffy and the servers are so well informed about the ingredients and where all the food comes from.
This was an amazing find. We will be back for the tasting menu experience before the summer is over!
Service was outstanding! Nice relaxed atmosphere with great views.
Went for a nice dinner at Liquidity but left very hungry.
The service was very good and the little bit of food we had was good.
However we ordered the $80 7 course tasting menu and we were very disappointed.
By tasting they really mean tasting - each of the 7 courses was a one bite portion (no exaduration).
After our dinner we drove to the nearest A & W to at least leave town with something in our stomach.
Perhaps they will make some adjustments to the 7 course tasting menu in the future.
Spectacular! There are creative geniuses at work in the kitchen. The serving staff were attentive, knowledgeable and unobtrusive. The wines are superb. The setting and decor are outstanding. This restaurant is a gem!
One of the best meals I have ever enjoyed. Get the tasting menu and wine pairings. You won't regret it.
Walking in to the beautiful bistro was a great way to start our lunch. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and chose the perfect pairing of wine. I had the sandwich special. The homemade bannock (which I try whenever I can) was wonderful. Fresh and soft and perfect to hold the melt in your mouth duck. My girlfriend had the arugula pesto pizza which had a homemade sourdough crust and she was lucky I was too full to steal some of her pizza!
But somehow I wasn’t too full to have dessert. Everything from start to finish was impeccable and a big thank you to the wonderful staff and chef at Liquidity.
The Charcuterie platter was very good -- especially enjoyed the truffle Gouda. We were there for lunch and found our options for gluten-free food a little limited. However, the service was very good -- warm, knowledgeable and efficient.
Wonderful experience! I was visiting from out of town and a friend recommended liquidity, I was not disappointed! Creative, unique dishes, wonderful flavours! Truly a hidden gem in a beautiful location!
Great place to take friends for lunch. The views from the patio are stunning. The food is good, although this day it was not as good as last year when we were there. The service was good, wine tasty.
From the moment we entered the establishment, we were greeted by the staff. We went directly to the tasting bar to sample their latest wines. After selecting a few wines to purchase we were taken over to the Bistro and seated by the window, which offered a lovely view of the vineyards. Our server Kevin was very attentive and explained some of the dishes being prepared for the evening meal. Once our choices were given, Kevin suggested a wine pairing. The meal from start to finish was outstanding - the celeriac soup and monkfish. This was our first time visiting the Bistro for dinner, however we've had lunch their multiple times - with each time being amazing in all categories - food, ambience & service. Will definitely be returning in early September. Thank you to Matt and the staff for a truly wonderful evening.
I brought 3 friends to Liquidity because they have never been. We had so much fun! It was awesome! Server was great. Wine delicious. View spectacular.
However I must comment on the WARM SALAD that two of us chose. Chef- I really think you need to tweak this dish! Or remove it! Grilled romaine hearts were very tough! My friend could not cut it with her knife. Server took hers and Chef whipped her up a pizza. That was very nice! I tried to finish mine but it was hard to cut. Zero taste!! A dab of yellow egg yolk & a tablespoon of fava beans...with grilled romaine...I am so sorry but the next day I laughed whenever I thought of it. I honestly did not complain because the wine & company was terrific! You would be wise to replace that salad on your menu though. Thank you!
The view was amazing and the wine was wonderful. Their portion sizes are hilariously small but very very tasty.
I’ve been to Liquidity in the past and always really enjoyed my meal. This time, the food portions were extremely small! I ordered my own appetizer and main and felt as though I didn’t eat anything. Left the restaurant famished and promptly found a take out pizza place to eat at! Would recommend this restaurants to customers who are watching their weight and want to pay a lot for a few bites of food.
Had the tasting menu with paired wine. Incredibly nuanced, complicated and diverse set of courses, put together as a highly sophisticated meal.
New kitchen staff really showed off their creativity and enthusiasm across 5+ courses, including beet leather over partridge and a phenomenal monkfish over local grains with a subtle sauce to complement.
The entire meal was locally sourced to the extent possible.
Best meal we had the whole time we were in the area. Absolutely first pick for the next time we are there.
Tasting menu was amazing. Very well thought out and paired with matching beverages. Atmosphere was phenomenal sitting out on the patio overlooking the valley. It was the perfect special occasion dinner and we cannot wait to go back! Loved that the ingredients were local and everyone knew specific details about each part of the meal.
We had a problem with a couple of meals being cold .. they did a nice job of recovery and compensation
As always, Liquidity hits the mark for great food in a perfect location.
A disappointing experience as the food did not meet our expectations on Sunday May 20 th. These expectations were based on having eaten there several times in the past, the last time for brunch in August 2017. The food was good (2 Cassoulets and 2 Eggs Benedict) but no really creative twists to elevate the experience to one that would stand out especially considering the increasingly competitive winery-kitchen Okanagan scene. The warm romaine was ordinary and the ostrich tartare serving was thankfully small as it failed to hit the mark (a far cry from the Tuna Tartare we had last summer). The service was however excellent. Thus, we will not be returning this summer as there are plenty of other places for us to discover.
It’s been a season since we have been to Liquidity and it has changed
We had the same great service outstanding and memorable wine but the food has changed
We left very hungry which has not happened in past years
We started with an appetizer that was a mini charcuterie plate
It was all fresh made and wholesome but barely anything on the board
The cold salad was fresh and had many textures and flavours the exact opposite of the wilted red leaf warm salad
That paled in flavour and texture
The sunflowers risotto also needed more flavour and again a microscopic serving
The ostrich tartar was about 1 tablespoon of finely chopped raw ostrich served an a celery like boat on a bed of rock salt
Please redo this presentation
The aged duck was well prepared with great texture and taste well worth ordering
Still amazing views delicious wine but we challenge the chef to revisit his summer menu as it’s early in the season
He should also make a slight adjustment to portion size to at least last years portions
We shave had many great dining experiences in past at Liquidity and look forward to that again at a future date when the menu is refreshed
The location was beautiful and the atmosphere was tranquil. The food was very tasty but it took quite a while to get our main dishes. I still highly recommend this restaurant for casual/ fine dining option.
Everything was absolutely great, our waiter was extremely friendly and efficient, the food was very flavorful and tasty, except for the quantity.
Food was good but I was very disappointed with the small amount for the cost.
Although my daughter only had an appetizer for her main, I had a main dish also shared the charcuterie.I was actually hungry when I left! Never experienced that before!
I've always been very happy in the past with the dining experience there, but I have to admit, it was not impressive this time...sorry!
Ate there twice last week food was amazing along with the staff looking forward to getting back to the okanagan this summer for some more great dinners
Beautiful view, great food, and fantastic service! We'll be back, and we'll recommend this to friends travelling in the Okanagan!
So glad we drove from Kelowna. It was an experience getting there to drive by the lake, mountains, arrive at the Bistro and then drive back on the other side of the lake. We have done the Ironman Triathlon before so it was also a trip down nostalgia lane!!
Thank you so much.

Amazing experience again!
I had to come back and try the new dinner menu as it is very intriguing. The manager was serving us and was so knowledgeable about the menu. With her coaxing we tried some things a bit out of our comfort zone but wow were we happy! The flavours were amazing and the presentation, very original. Not sure I would order monkfish again but very glad I tried it. The young chefs came out and talked to us and were so pleasant. They brought us some sweet treats at the end of the meal which were amazing. A delicious butternut squash sphere and a caramel made out of left over bread! So smart to use things instead of wasting them. Very excited to go back and try more things as we were told the menu is changing frequently. A fantastic experience which feels like it belongs in a big city.
Lovely setting and great service. The food, however, was quite bland. Their classic pizza was simply crust (which was the best part) with mozza, parm and arugula (no sauce) . I think the dish was trying to showcase the kitchen-made fresh mozza, which looks good on paper, but when arugula is the primary flavour on a pizza something has gone wrong.
My girlfriend and I also shared the daily sandwich, which was made with german bacon. The bacon, cheese and Asian greens combined to just be greasy and bland. After tip and tax lunch for a couple with a glass of wine each came to $80, and while the setting is is wonderful, the food just wasn't worth that.
The service and the food was fabulous!
We had several good meals and lots of great wine on our trip to the South Okanagan this spring. Liquidity Bistro was at the top of our list. Wonderfully creative food prepared by an enthusiastic young chef only begins to describe this place. The food was on point and perfectly matched with Liquidity’s fabulous wine. Sadly we were leaving the area the next morning - otherwise we’d have gone back for lunch the next day.
Incredible down valley views as well.
Don’t miss out on this place.
We are frequent diners here and were disappointed in the brunch menu , the white bean and poached egg was devoid of the roasted chicken that was listed on the menu , the pizza special was poor and the crust was burned plus we were charged more than what was listed ( never noticed until we got home ) the service by Kara was good but she needed to check our menus because of last minute changes in food selections , the desert menu is without any chocolate dish wow thats a no no lol , we usually stop and dine there every couple of weeks to pick up our wine club order and enjoy the views and that won't change as we realize that you had been open for only a few weeks so we will cut you some slack , when our guests come to visit us from other parts of the country we always bring them up to Liquidity they always enjoy the ambiance .
