Saturday & Sunday Brunch 11 am -2 pm
Hidden gem! Excellent food and wines. We really appreciated the high end but unpretentious atmosphere with our kids.
The food was delicious. The creativity in using unusual ingredients was very inspiring. The view iconic.
Can't say enough about our total experience. The chef prepares a very interesting menu selection!!
Had lunch at this restaurant last year and it was amazing. We went back for dinner and the food was very disappointing. I am guessing that the kitchen staff have changed.
Just superb! Hats off to the young chef, Matt Martin! At the end of the tasting menu, we all knew we had experienced something rare and special! He is going places :)
The food was phenomenal, but after 2 appetizers, a small plate entre, 2 large entres, and a dessert, my date and I left hungry. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was great, but we've been here a few times before and we were not as impressed this time. There are other places with better value in the area.
This was our second lunch at Liquidity, this time with close, life-long friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and even witnessed a marriage proposal (with a happy outcome) at the table next to us. It was a hot afternoon, so we would have preferred some shade from an umbrella while seated outside; even a mister would have made our time more comfortable. The food, especially the pizza special, was very good, in my view rivalling my favourite Neopolitan pizza in East Vancouver. I highly recommend Liquidity for the contemporary ambience, food, and spectacular view.
Service was exceptional and the art collections on display are always fun to go and see. Definitely worth the drive from Kelowna.
Menu was interesting and very well cooked. Service was prompt and attentive although our wine was mixed accidentally which put right.
Quantities were a bit too small - especially the squab but overall very well done and I will definitely be back.
Thought we would go to see the Photoark exhibit and grab lunch. The exhibit was disappointing and the food was only average; the lunch salad was not worthy the money at all. The wine is nice.
Great food, great spot and our server Jason was awesome!
A for effort. Favourite place to dine in the south Okanagan. Great setting overlooking beautiful Vaseaux Lake.
We’ve been to Liquidity as destination dining each of the last 4 years. Every meal was beyond excellent, until this time. Liquidity is still the same fantastic location and wonderful wine but the restaurant has changed over the kitchen and the menu. It is now what I would have to describe as experimental food art. My personal ability to appreciate presentation is limited when the food is underwhelming and the portions tiny.
There may well be a place for this kind of dining but it’s not to my liking and others who are returning should be aware that it is nothing like what it was in the past.
Food was unique and varied but small portions.' not for the hearty eater.
Food was good! Service was great! Unique eating options and excellent wine. Gorgeous view, pricey but worth every penny.
An unexpected surprise. Excellent experience for special occasions
The food was good but really small portions. We had ordered the ostrich tartar (a shareable plate) and it tasted delicious but there wasn't much on the plate to really share, maybe a small bite size worth.
Tried the Day Lily entree and was not too impressed. Was intrigued to be eating the day lily flower, but you couldn't tell what it was or really taste it as it was deep fried. The batter overtook the taste.
Tried the Sturgeon entree and felt that it could have been presented better and with less grains.
The lamb was a great dish and their desserts are spectacular.
Chef Matt Martin is a star, and he has created a mindful and marvellous local dining experience that manages to be totally unexpected while perfectly expressing the Okanagan valley. Put yourself entirely in his hands with the tasting menu: nominally seven courses, ours also included two snacks and a "farewell gift" from the kitchen, and every morsel is locally sourced and in some cases grown or foraged by Chef himself before being crafted with expert level technique into the housemade oils, cheeses, vinegars, crackers and tuiles, etc, that form the ingredients of his remarkable dishes and combined in unusual and exciting ways. Lamb with wild herbs and clams; ostrich tartare; zucchini steeped in chamomile and bergamot are just some of the extraordinary dishes we tasted that night -- and all of these perfectly paired with Liquidity wines. We were seated on the patio by the infinity fountain while an eagle soared overhead. If you live in this country and care about food, Liquidity Bistro is worth the trip to the valley by itself.
Great food (ostrich tartare, lamb shank pizza), beautiful view. Jason was a great server, his knowledge of food and wine above par.
What a beautiful location: great wines, a beautiful view, and excellent food. My dish - grilled broccoli with faro - was so good, I want to try to make at it home, as the drive to Okanagan Falls is too far for everyday dining. I can’t wait until I can go again.
We were enormously impressed with the freshness of the ingredients and their simple but very attractive presentation. The fresh vegetables-and-dip starter is a must-try. The multiply talented chef also prepares fabulous desserts!
Excellent ambience, meal and service - incredible afternoon
Lovely view and wine, food was bland
A great restaurant for foodies - plates were interesting, creative and artistic. The service was flawless and our server gave perfect wine pairing recommendations. View and ambiance among the best in the valley.
Went for dinner at Liquidity Bistro with some foodie friends from outside of BC over the weekend. Our entire table of 4 opted for the Chef's Tasting Menu. We were all blown away by not only the creativity and beautiful presentation of the dishes, but the delicious flavour combinations. Sometimes these were unexpected, but always good. What was also surprising was the sheer number of courses. Between the amuse-bouches and the petit-fours at the start and the end, I think it was about 11 courses! Although each course was not very big, it all added up to a fair amount of food and none of us had any more room by the end of it. There were a lot of comments of "What, there's more?!" but we were all thrilled by each and every course. Service was lovely too. Although I have eaten here before, it was the first time for my friends, but certainly won't be the last.
Brought a group from all over & everyone was super impressed with their lunch. Outstanding. It was my husbands birthday and none of us had eaten there before and all were hugely impressed with their meals. Highly recommend.
Staff was outstanding as well right from reserving to the end. Great job!
Great patio, limited menu
Ladies lunch out with wine tasting! Great service, delicious food, and lovely views.
Too many small plates on the menu - should have checked the menu on the website
View is great, but food was quite disappointing... the region have more beautiful restaurant with view that offer a better quality for the price
What an experience.
Top notch service, great view, nice wines and beautiful creative food.
Food is different than other restaurants and oh so tasty. Service is friendly not stuffy and the servers are so well informed about the ingredients and where all the food comes from.
This was an amazing find. We will be back for the tasting menu experience before the summer is over!
Service was outstanding! Nice relaxed atmosphere with great views.
Went for a nice dinner at Liquidity but left very hungry.
The service was very good and the little bit of food we had was good.
However we ordered the $80 7 course tasting menu and we were very disappointed.
By tasting they really mean tasting - each of the 7 courses was a one bite portion (no exaduration).
After our dinner we drove to the nearest A & W to at least leave town with something in our stomach.
Perhaps they will make some adjustments to the 7 course tasting menu in the future.
Spectacular! There are creative geniuses at work in the kitchen. The serving staff were attentive, knowledgeable and unobtrusive. The wines are superb. The setting and decor are outstanding. This restaurant is a gem!
One of the best meals I have ever enjoyed. Get the tasting menu and wine pairings. You won't regret it.
Walking in to the beautiful bistro was a great way to start our lunch. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and chose the perfect pairing of wine. I had the sandwich special. The homemade bannock (which I try whenever I can) was wonderful. Fresh and soft and perfect to hold the melt in your mouth duck. My girlfriend had the arugula pesto pizza which had a homemade sourdough crust and she was lucky I was too full to steal some of her pizza!
But somehow I wasn’t too full to have dessert. Everything from start to finish was impeccable and a big thank you to the wonderful staff and chef at Liquidity.
The Charcuterie platter was very good -- especially enjoyed the truffle Gouda. We were there for lunch and found our options for gluten-free food a little limited. However, the service was very good -- warm, knowledgeable and efficient.
Wonderful experience! I was visiting from out of town and a friend recommended liquidity, I was not disappointed! Creative, unique dishes, wonderful flavours! Truly a hidden gem in a beautiful location!
Great place to take friends for lunch. The views from the patio are stunning. The food is good, although this day it was not as good as last year when we were there. The service was good, wine tasty.
From the moment we entered the establishment, we were greeted by the staff. We went directly to the tasting bar to sample their latest wines. After selecting a few wines to purchase we were taken over to the Bistro and seated by the window, which offered a lovely view of the vineyards. Our server Kevin was very attentive and explained some of the dishes being prepared for the evening meal. Once our choices were given, Kevin suggested a wine pairing. The meal from start to finish was outstanding - the celeriac soup and monkfish. This was our first time visiting the Bistro for dinner, however we've had lunch their multiple times - with each time being amazing in all categories - food, ambience & service. Will definitely be returning in early September. Thank you to Matt and the staff for a truly wonderful evening.
