A disappointing experience as the food did not meet our expectations on Sunday May 20 th. These expectations were based on having eaten there several times in the past, the last time for brunch in August 2017. The food was good (2 Cassoulets and 2 Eggs Benedict) but no really creative twists to elevate the experience to one that would stand out especially considering the increasingly competitive winery-kitchen Okanagan scene. The warm romaine was ordinary and the ostrich tartare serving was thankfully small as it failed to hit the mark (a far cry from the Tuna Tartare we had last summer). The service was however excellent. Thus, we will not be returning this summer as there are plenty of other places for us to discover.
The location was beautiful and the atmosphere was tranquil. The food was very tasty but it took quite a while to get our main dishes. I still highly recommend this restaurant for casual/ fine dining option.
Everything was absolutely great, our waiter was extremely friendly and efficient, the food was very flavorful and tasty, except for the quantity.
Food was good but I was very disappointed with the small amount for the cost.
Although my daughter only had an appetizer for her main, I had a main dish also shared the charcuterie.I was actually hungry when I left! Never experienced that before!
I've always been very happy in the past with the dining experience there, but I have to admit, it was not impressive this time...sorry!
Ate there twice last week food was amazing along with the staff looking forward to getting back to the okanagan this summer for some more great dinners
Beautiful view, great food, and fantastic service! We'll be back, and we'll recommend this to friends travelling in the Okanagan!
So glad we drove from Kelowna. It was an experience getting there to drive by the lake, mountains, arrive at the Bistro and then drive back on the other side of the lake. We have done the Ironman Triathlon before so it was also a trip down nostalgia lane!!
Thank you so much.

Amazing experience again!
I had to come back and try the new dinner menu as it is very intriguing. The manager was serving us and was so knowledgeable about the menu. With her coaxing we tried some things a bit out of our comfort zone but wow were we happy! The flavours were amazing and the presentation, very original. Not sure I would order monkfish again but very glad I tried it. The young chefs came out and talked to us and were so pleasant. They brought us some sweet treats at the end of the meal which were amazing. A delicious butternut squash sphere and a caramel made out of left over bread! So smart to use things instead of wasting them. Very excited to go back and try more things as we were told the menu is changing frequently. A fantastic experience which feels like it belongs in a big city.
Lovely setting and great service. The food, however, was quite bland. Their classic pizza was simply crust (which was the best part) with mozza, parm and arugula (no sauce) . I think the dish was trying to showcase the kitchen-made fresh mozza, which looks good on paper, but when arugula is the primary flavour on a pizza something has gone wrong.
My girlfriend and I also shared the daily sandwich, which was made with german bacon. The bacon, cheese and Asian greens combined to just be greasy and bland. After tip and tax lunch for a couple with a glass of wine each came to $80, and while the setting is is wonderful, the food just wasn't worth that.
The service and the food was fabulous!
We had several good meals and lots of great wine on our trip to the South Okanagan this spring. Liquidity Bistro was at the top of our list. Wonderfully creative food prepared by an enthusiastic young chef only begins to describe this place. The food was on point and perfectly matched with Liquidity’s fabulous wine. Sadly we were leaving the area the next morning - otherwise we’d have gone back for lunch the next day.
Incredible down valley views as well.
Don’t miss out on this place.
We are frequent diners here and were disappointed in the brunch menu , the white bean and poached egg was devoid of the roasted chicken that was listed on the menu , the pizza special was poor and the crust was burned plus we were charged more than what was listed ( never noticed until we got home ) the service by Kara was good but she needed to check our menus because of last minute changes in food selections , the desert menu is without any chocolate dish wow thats a no no lol , we usually stop and dine there every couple of weeks to pick up our wine club order and enjoy the views and that won't change as we realize that you had been open for only a few weeks so we will cut you some slack , when our guests come to visit us from other parts of the country we always bring them up to Liquidity they always enjoy the ambiance .
A beautiful restaurant with an amazing view! We enjoyed every dish!
The food, wine, and service were really good. The view was wonderful. The wine-tasting staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it doesn't really get much better than this.
Just a tiny disappointed in the meal. Minimal interesting vegetarian options. They had pierogies with sausage. I got a salad instead of sausage and the salad was tiny and I also paid the same price. Husband had the duck confit sandwich and it was excellent. Beautiful location.
Beautiful setting, interesting menu, great service. Always an enjoyable visit here. The art displays are also beautiful, and unique. I love sitting on the patio looking at the view.
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at The Bistro. The young man who served us was friendly, helpful and very professional. The food was outstanding - presented beautifully and more than adequate serving size. We would certainly come back again and recommend The Bistro to anyone heading to the Okanagan Falls area.
We were down in Penticton and decided to go to Liquidity and it was fabulous! Quiet and excellent food with a beautiful view. The service was excellent!
My husband and I dined at Liquidity to celebrate my birthday. We had the enjoyable surprise of attending one of the community dinners. We enjoyed the Dividend wine tasting served with a delicious amuse bouche of diced beet and Upper Bench blue cheese. We met and enjoyed the company of local diners like ourselves. Our roast pork was delectably spiced and our vegetables were tasty and el dente. The dessert was a suitably smooth chocolate cheesecake wrapped in pistachios paired with an exotic plum sorbet. So so Good!
Great food, good wine, good service, nice view. It couldn't have been better unless the weather had been better. We left with 3 bottles of Liquidity wine, which we tasted on site. We were completely satisfied with everything.
We were off season so the Bistro wasn't particularly busy. Food and service were excellent. Great view. Very nice wines.
Wonderful food and exceptional service. One of us is celiac and we were accommodated beautifully.
Excellent in every way !! Will be back again with more friends and Family .
Love everything about this place...second time here and just as fabulous as the first time. Can't go wrong starting with a delightful bottle of their bubbly, a beautiful complement to our delicious smoked salmon eggs benedict. Our server as well as the view, top notch!
Cannot wait to return!
We have heard a lot about this winery and decided to go and have lunch we arrived early and was ask if we wanted to do a tasting first, we chose not to, as the restaurant was quiet and the view was awesome, but we were sat back from the windows next to the serving counter and the server kept hitting my chair and other chair the people sitting at the window were not even interested in looking outside we would have like to have a window seat We are not from the area so will not be returning soon Food was very good and the service was great Very noisy in tasting and restaurant area not a relaxing time for us as we could not hear each other talk
We have made this a destination resto on a couple of trips through the Okanagan. Pricy, but very special. Ambience is fine unless you have a noisy table alongside: an advantage to a 2000 reservation is that it all quiets down after that.
Engaging and keen service each time.
Went for dinner with friends from Manitoba and the food and service was perfect.
I will be back
A Truly Superb Food Experience - worth the drive and accompanied by Wonderful Wine!
Amazing Salmon eggs benedict, The hamburger was awesome as well but I feel it was overpriced at $24.00
Beautiful setting. Yummy but garlicky flatbread. Eggs Benny were a highlight. Men felt portion of cassoulet was smallish.
Attended an event there sept 17.
Stayed for dinner. Food service and presentation was good. Price point was high.
Excellent wine tasting, excellent ambiance, excellent service, very good food! Go there!!
Just a stunning setting, and lovely food with interesting art . Ian is a friendly and informative host.
Had the halibut special and it was delicious
The desert special was just OK but
The ice cream sandwich was delicious
Excellent food. Great patio Great wine
Brought friends from Alabama to Liquidity after a friend' recommendation. It was spectacular. Everything about it was good I had the Flat iron steak, shared with my partner. Our companions had the calzone, and the soup of the day with a green salad. All of it was beautifully presented, and the kitchen split our steak, and brought each of us an identically presented plate. Service was prompt and unobtrusive, and the eventual bill (including ½ litre of the glorious rosé & a glass of Reserve red) was entirely reasonable. We will definitely recommend it.
Fabulous dinner, the arctic char was amazing! Great service and the view was spectacular.
Our dinner was excellent as a person that enjoys cooking I was impressed, the plating was beautiful and the cook on the food was perfect. The wine list for wines other than Liquidity was a little lacking. But we did enjoy the one that was chosen. I am already looking forward to going back. Well done.
staff is simply too pompous to make for an enjoyable visit. Get a life people - you're only servers.
Great meal, amazing views, friendly efficient service ... but why parents bring children to high end restaurants and let them roam freely is beyond me...
