It may be called a steakhouse, but one of the things that Jack Ruby's Steakhouse is best known for is its sushi. Diners rave about the sushi selection on the menu here, which includes a large selection of nigiri and sashimi, classic rolls, and specialty rolls as well. Jack Ruby's gets inventive with its specialty rolls. People can order a Ruby Roll, which is baked scallop, ebi, crab, avocado, asparagus, sweet potato crunch, masago, eel sauce, scallion, tobiko, and furikaki, or a Broadway Roll, which has panko fried sea bass, spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, crispy onions, tobiko, sweet chili, and kabayaki sauce. There are sushi entrees on the menu here as well, so diners who prefer to have sushi over steak for their main course can order a chirashi or sashimi dinner, and each comes with 21 pieces of raw, fresh fish.

Sunda has a wide and varied Asian fusion menu, but the restaurant is beloved because of its sushi. Diners can choose to order nigiri or sashimi. Or, they can choose from the restaurant's menu of Signature Sushi, which has inventive rolls like the sweet potato caterpillar (sweet potato, pear, avocado, black garlic teriyaki, and roasted red pepper), or the lobster and wagyu (lobster, wagyu sashimi, and truffle foie aioli. Bold diners who are feeling particularly daring may opt to go for the gambler, a sushi roll with a twist. This spicy tuna roll with spicy shrimp, masago, scallion, kanpyo, avocado, rayu, and sambal has a piece of ghost pepper in just one piece. Who will get the spicy one?
