Die gemütliche Traditionsgaststätte präsentiert sich seit dem Umbau völlig neu, hat aber ihr gemütliches Ambiente mit der Holzvertäfelung und dem Parkettboden behalten. Der Gastraum bekam große Fenster, die sich zur Terrasse hin öffnen lassen. Der Eingang wirkt jetzt offener und großzügiger. Modernisiert und verlagert wurde der Thekenbereich. Dort wird zünftiges Bier aus dem Holzfass serviert. Im Saal gibt es weiterhin die urgemütlichen Bänke und Tische, aber auch kleine Sitzgruppen mit Ledersesseln. Stammgäste müssen auch auf das kultige Ledersofa nicht verzichten, das jetzt einen prominenten Platz vor dem großen, grünen Kachelofen bekam. In der Inneneinrichtung zeigt sich die Gaststätte nun mit viel Liebe zum Bier

Food was great. Service was really not good. Server was friendly but slow. She disappeared a lot. Cocktails we ordered upon seating took 25 minutes and two reminders to arrive. Steaks were delicious! Sides - we were 2 people and ordered 1 side. Server was shocked and emphatic that 3 was normal. We ordered a second one. Only needed one! Hate to wasted food but that was the result.

The restaurant decor itself has very cool and special design elements, the location itself being very unique. The staff is very young but absolutely professionnal and knowledgeable about their menu. We ordered two delicious cocktails, one starter to share and a meat and fish dishes as mains. All in all, there was nothing to criticise and we would visit the restaurant any time again. On the plus side the owner, Tim Mälzer, was present that night and although he was very stressed, he took the time for photos with some of the customers!

We asked for a table outside with a heater. It took quite a while for them to remember that we were out there but once we reminded them service was very good. I had the special "Holiday in Italy" which was excellent, with trout perfectly cooked. My husband had labskaus, also delicious. Portions were large.

Good restaurant overall! Good was really yummy, nice mix of International cuisine. Portion size is also good. But drinks were a big let down - have you ever had room temperature Margarita without salt on the rim? We are ok with variations if it tastes good, but nah! Even the cocktails were not exciting at all! We did mention it was a special occasion in the booking, but they did not care honestly! No one asked! Again going there? May be not!

We were not aware that during warmer and favorable weather, the indoor seating area closes and only outdoor seating is available. If we’d known, we would’ve taken a cab instead walking (it was a long walk and we looked forward to cooling down in the AC with a cold draught). We were also offered a bar-height shared table, which again we weren’t expecting. In the end, we were seated at our own table in the breezy shade and had a perfectly enjoyable experience. Food and beer were delicious, ambiance was pleasant, and service was courteous.

From the entrance, you could all already fill your at home the smell and the music was very pleasant for the noise, hating people the food was smelling very good and you could already wish to have it on your table before you set down

There were a number of issues (delays in having our table available and in getting our food served) but they really did all they could to fix those and to make sure we were happy. We really appreciated their customer focus. And the food was very good!

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT FOR SOOO LONG AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME :D the interior was BEAUTIFUL: a very modern touch to traditional asian bamboo aesthetics and the super cool built in grill where you just swap out the grid when done, blew my mind! hope cleaning the burnt grates doesn't take too long of a hassle the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL: were welcomed warmly for lunch and assigned a table according to reservation, very patient with taking our order and super fast service as they kept bringing in drinks, dishes one by one and explaining the best way to grill adding some experienced suggestions which we gratefully took in consideration. It was AMAZING! Props to those two friendly staff members who served us during our visit and making it worthwhile entertaining us with our favorite music as they noticed we vibed to some songs (they actually put on a playlist we liked <333) and also thank you for the bday surprise XD it was rather belated and actually forgotten but you did not forget about me! MVPS!!! The FOOD X_o_x OMG, are you ready??? we had 2x mix game and 2x gourmet menu and let me tell you, it was all worth the wait, the long walk, the heat and the price XD the beef melted in your mouth and the wagyu bbq was long anticipated. Yumira is easily one of the best KBBQ places in Central Europe. But not only the meat deserves all the attention, we had a fully loaded table of banchan, kimchi jjigae, lettuce wraps, salad on the side, crispy mandoos <333 that's what a lot of korean restaurants in europe lack tbh, not a lot give you an authentic korea vibe anymore, but Yumira does SERVE~ and ATE too XD the drinks were also surprisingly, generously measured. Delicious and refreshing^^ AND as already mentioned, a birthday surprise: ice cream mochi with fresh berries with a sparkler on top XD THANK YOU SO MUCH <3 You're missing out if you don't come here and eat all the good food, don't gatekeep, spread the word and the love.
