Our visit to the Anchor Spa couldn't have been better. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. We were seated at a comfortable booth with plenty of room for everyone. I'm an old Anchor patron from many years ago so I wondered if I would approve of any 'change" to the classic decor. Well, I approve and then some. It's been brought into the 21 st century but with a respectful nod to its glorious past. As for the food we had everything on the menu and enjoyed it all. Our server was a lovely young woman who was busy but always available when we needed something. I get down to New Haven to visit family now and then and the Anchor will be my "go to" spot for dinner and drinks. Thanks to all who helped us with a special thanks to Monica for her excellent service online. See you all soon. Ron

Went on a Saturday afternoon and am so glad to have stumbled upon this place! The mimosa flights had real fruits in them! The shrimp and grits were to die for! The staff was attentive and the drinks were strong and good.

Took my daughter and granddaughter, who were visiting from Boston, to Ceci’s last Friday. We had a wonderful time with good and reasonably priced food and drinks. Service was outstanding. I was disappointed for the owner that the place was not packed. It should have been. Would highly recommend.

This is one of my go to restaurants, especially when entertaining out of town friends. It is quiet and conducive to conversation and a lovely small space. The service is excellent as is the food. In spite of the location of the restaurant, it is not filled with tourists. It is truly a local gem.

The service was exceptional. My waiter made sure throughout I didn't need for anything and my food was great. I also put in description celebrating a birthday and I received a free glass of champagne which I didn't expect (Thank you) and my waiter made sure to let us know about weekly specials, I'll be back for sure. I was recommended this restaurant by a family member for Brunch we had such a good time. They have such good food and their Brunch menu comes with a big rhum punch. The music was good but not too loud it was perfect and we was a larger group. The manager was so nice she even charged my phone for me. Def highly recommended

I enjoyed my time here at victory. I was hesitant at first, due to the mixed reviews, but my friends and I had a great time. Our waiter Stephanie was very attentive and helpful. The food and decor was instagrammy, that’s what you want right? That’s what I wanted. Their marketing drew me in and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing the drinks were tasty and the presentation was great. Service a but slow but our bill for 3 was 385 with tip so I’m glad we weren’t rushed. That’s with two apps three entrees and 6 alcoholic drinks. I wasn’t mad. The only weird thing is that people who live on a building walk through the restaurant outside part but you don’t even notice after a while. I would go back
