Was in the neighbourhood and wanted Mexican food, so booked this last minute. Had a fantastic experience - food was really good, price was reasonable and service was solid. We have 2 young kids and they enjoyed themselves and ate lots. The classic Margarita was delicious.
Chula is a lively Taberna Mexicana with an amazing selection of tequila, mezcal, beer and cocktails that complement flavorful delicious food.

We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday and we are very satisfied with our experience. The waitresses were very accommodation and took care of all our needs. The flowers were placed in the refrigerator and the cake be bought in was handled very well. They lit the candles for her and sang a melodious happy birthday. My food was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my grilled salmon with wild quinoa. 10/10!

I have been here many times over the years, so this review was difficult. First, the awesome: staff is always friendly, personable and knowledgeable, I do feel too often our glasses sat empty, but our server had several tables and we were in no rush. The pork belly & scallops appetizer was divine as was the charcuterie board with a nice sampling of local cheeses and such. Desert was fantastic as well. Now for the main event. We came specifically for the 55oz tomahawk. Its description sounded fantastic, and it was presented beautifully. Where the tomahawk goes sideways is that it came out lukewarm, at best. And perhaps that is the reason it had very little flavour. Perhaps that was the temperature it was cooked to, or perhaps it sat too long at the pass bar before being brought out. The sides were very nice but a little on the light side for such a meat forward meal for 4 people and I would suggest ordering an extra dish for 4 people. I was quite disappointed as I have heard such fantastic things about the Chef and as it is the “Chef’s Signature Dish,” expected more for a 180.00 plate. Would I order the Chef’s Signature again? No. Will I go back? Absolutely. This was a a great place and I am putting this down to a one off.

It was super busy for a Tuesday night but the noise level was moderate and ambience was mature, business casual and in general a good vibe ! Thanks for making a 50th birthday dinner special :)

Delicious food and wine. We had the tartare, oysters, wild boar and striped bass and it was all delicious. Light and refreshing Reisling alongside it. We had fantastic service from our waiter Lochlan who was incredible thoughtful making sure we were warm whilst enjoying eating on the patio. A wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary! Delicious food and wine. We had the tartare, oysters, wild boar and striped bass and it was all delicious. Light and refreshing Reisling alongside it. We had fantastic service from our waiter Lochlan who was incredible thoughtful making sure we were warm whilst enjoying eating on the patio. A wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary! Every time we eat at Wildcraft the food is excellent, reasonably priced and the service is great. Very consistent!
