Di Stasio has becpome our 'go to' for birthday celebrations for the past few years. The staff are very good. Prompt, efficient and knowledeable. The food is magnificent. Just love it. I love the person in the water on the wall, but I reckon we could get an update on the bearded guy on the other wall. Perhaps a couple walking and chatting?

Had a dinner at Ecco Bistro. It was pleasant to receive anniversary congratulations from the staff - very thoughtful. The food was outstandingly delicious. For every course we were offered a pairing wine which didn’t disappoint. Purebred wagyu steak was absolutely amazing. Every dish was beautifully served and the staff were very caring and attentive. Great atmosphere, open kitchen space, this place has many reasons to name themselves one of the best fine dining restaurants in Brisbane. Will be coming back.

Our host James was spectacular last night, totally deserved a promotion ! Please make sure the tips go to him. All the food was amazing as usual, except for the daily fish salmon…it didn’t taste fresh to me and it was overcooked so the meat was mushy and dry. Would definitely still come back tho !
