We had an excellent dining experience for a group of 6 last evening. Monique was our main server. She did an outstanding job!!! We are so glad the restaurant is open again after being closed for months.

Thank you for the excellent pre show dinner, happy hour menu was lovely with lots of options. Service was genuine and attentive, especially from the support staff. Easy to walk over to Scotiabank from the venue so makes for a perfect dinner spot. We’ll be back next time. 🤍

Honestly one of my favourite restaurants - every dish is amazing. Usually I get the burger or a pizza but yesterday we had the calamari (you HAVE to eat this. It’s not like all other calamari in other restaurants) the short ribs, the pizza, and carrot cake and gelato for dessert. Every single item is delicious!! The service is amazing and food comes out hot.

From the moment we arrived at Trattoria Timone, the service was impeccable. Once seated, our server was there to welcome us; we had a nice conversation with him and then he got us comfortable with water and our drink order. Since it was our wedding anniversary, we were surprised by two glasses of champagne that he brought to us. He remained very helpful and attentive all night - even as the restaurant got busier as the evening went on, we were never forgotten. Our appetizer and meal were absolutely perfect. We ended our dinner sharing a delicious piece of carrot cake, with Happy Anniversary written on the plate. The attention to detail that this restaurant provides is amazing. Thank you to for a wonderful meal and amazing customer service.

We went for lunch. The menu is small, but everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully executed. The service was great as was the coffee. I hadn't been to Brownes in a very long time and was very glad to have rediscovered it.

Our server was excellent, food was a bit slow coming out, but was definitely worth waiting for. I’ve worked in the events business for decades and am hyper critical of catered food. Don’t know if they have a new head chef or what but night and day from our past food experiences. Some of us had pasta - it was cooked to perfection and the sauce DELICIOUS. Kids had the kids meal - chicken fingers and fries or salad a drink and a desert $10 absolute BARGAIN.

First time at Guru, went based on strong recommendations from friends. We were very pleased! Food was excellent, served nice and hot, good presentation and very tasty! Our server was professional and friendly, attentive and discreet. The restaurant itself is well appointed, tastefully decorated, nice ambience, clean washrooms, etc. this will now be our “go to” place for Indian food (eat in or takeout). 😊

We had such a lovely meal , 6 of us on the patio with no other tables too close …..the service was just wonderful , the food delicious ! The lychee martinis were a bit hit, so were the stuffed zucchini flowers ( we had 2 each …) then the ebi wontons, aburi salmon, Osaka roll etc etc The staff here are so pleasant and professional, it’s always our first choice of a North Shore restaurant to bring visiting family ……thank you !

Great food, service and ambiance; however, the beet salad was overpriced! My mom and I have never seen such a small salad. But it was delicious! Our bass meal was also delicious. I can’t wait to return to Montreal to visit this restaurant.

My husband and I shared the 16 strip ribeye steak it perfectly done just right nice and tender and we had lobsters very yummy. The service was perfect .The waiter recommend the shrimp for an appetizer and crème brûlée for dessert, 🍮 he was right on. It was our last night in Montreal otherwise I sure we’d be back there.

The Old Surrey Restaurant is Surrey’s best well- kept secret. Built in 1918, it was the residence of Lou Jack and his household until it was converted into a restaurant in 1974.

The interior has a crisp, clean aesthetic that is enhanced by hardwood floors and the enlarged photos of historic Surrey that adorn the walls. There are five distinct dining areas on the top floor (including a cozy library) and a banquet facility downstairs. The cuisine is French with a splash of West Coast flare. A treat for new and seasoned guests alike are the signature dishes that are prepared and flambeed tableside.

The restaurant has been family-owned and operated since 1974 and in 1984 the restaurant has entered into a partnership with the family farm in Ryder Lake overlooking Chilliwack from the nearby mountains. The Old Surrey is well known for its free-range lamb and veal allowing customers to enjoy fresh organic ingredients.

My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Old Surrey. We ordered the Châteaubriand special which was featured in celebration of the restaurant’s 50th anniversary. Although we are not accustomed to spending so much $ at a restaurant, I found the service and experience of tableside preparation was worth the cost. I would absolutely consider Old Surrey next time I feel like going out for a special dinner. Thank you for a dinner I won’t soon forget, if ever.

Terroni Adelaide, formerly the York County Courthouse, is a multi-level heritage structure built in 1852. Just inside the doors is the Enoteca with its towering columns, a great spot for cocktails. Beyond is the main dining room, with a sunlit atrium, fireplaces on each end and private rooms all serviced by an open kitchen where our chefs prepare traditional Italian fare. In summer, the secret garden patio opens for al fresco dining in the heart of the city.

Head down to the Cantina Wine Cellar where you will see the original courthouse cells now used to store our Italian wine. The second floor houses the grand Sala da Pranzo and Bar delle Carceri, named after the cells below. Il Covo degli Artisti, our third-floor space is a cosy lounge once home to The Arts and Letters Club where Canadian landscape painters “The Group of Seven” ate and drank in 1909.

L I V Restaurant 5 stars. Highly recommend the short rib gnocci and Beef Tenderloin with chorizo butter, fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Highly Highly recommended. Fiona our server was wonderful, she gave some good recommendations to my wife. I personally asked to see the chef but unfortunately she already left. I personally wanted to commend her, I have dined at the restaurant before and again my experience is nothing short of amazing. Whatever the kitchen staff are paid, I'm thinking they deserve that and more (lol). My margarita was not to my liking, didn't taste the alcohol, it was watery but I came for the food. I will be back.

Late night dinner upon arrival in Victoria. Busy dining room even at 10pm, one of the few open. Hamburgers and club sandwiches hit the spot. Waiter was good at food ordering and service except no ideas about mocktails and a delay in getting the bill. The Elgin Hotel was welcoming to non guests
