Experience: 4 Hands Dinner with Alvin Leung and Eric Chong
This May, Demon Duck invites Dubai’s gastronomes to indulge in an explosion of Asian flavours and inspired mixology, at the hands of legendary duo, Alvin Leung and Eric Chong. Lauded for their unorthodox approach to Asian cooking, the duo will debut a Four-Hands dining experience exclusively for Dubai residents and visitors on Thursday 4th and 5th May, 2022.
Notoriously famed as the “Demon Chef”, Alvin Leung will host this special evening with his protégé and winner of Master Chef Canada, Eric Chong from 6:30pm onwards. Diners can look forward to a culinary experience highlighting the talent of each chef through a bold menu showcasing signature dishes specially curated for the evening.
After winning the title of Canada’s first MasterChef in 2014, Eric Chong joined a prestigious apprenticeship in Hong Kong under the mentorship of Alvin Leung. The two mavericks went on to open R&D together in Toronto, which was recently awarded a Bib Gourmand by Michelin, off the back of Leung’s two Michelin starred Bo Innovation in Hong Kong and one Michelin starred Bo London.
Chef Leung and Chef Chong’s visit to Dubai marks a rare occasion for the local dining scene to get up close and personal with international icons and embrace an exciting concept. Promising to leave a lasting impression on every guest, the evening will be a sensory experience that defies the ordinary, boasting authentic Asian elements infused with playfulness and creativity.
Leung’s latest restaurant concept, Demon Duck joins an eclectic repertoire of world-class dining experiences at Caesars Palace Dubai, bringing a vibrant ambience and playful theatricality to a superlative Pan Asian menu complemented by a trendy speak-easy style bar with cocktails inspired from Hong Kon
