Head out to this charming and intimate spot in Highland Park for one of the most fun restaurants in Minneapolis. Joan's in the Park is the place for a quiet dinner with friends and family. Pick out a selection from Joan's lengthy wine list to go along with their New American cuisine. Choose the four-course and dessert menu or go a la carte. Start with the walnut tart with sea salt or raw beef tartare with egg yolk. The main courses include filet mignon with hen of the wood mushroom, roasted duck with sweet corn, and day boat scallops with shellfish fumet.

The service was amazing and the food was by far the best I've had, an experience to remember

This classically-styled Grand Avenue spot is one of the most fun restaurants in Minneapolis. It's the place to go in Minneapolis for some of the city's best tapas plates and an extensive craft beer selection. Head in for the restaurant's Happy Hour from Sunday to Thursday, with beer and select tapas specials. Try some of the Rincon favorite tapas, like calamari with parsley oil or the traditional Spanish langoustines with garlic-pimenton wine sauce. Pair dinner with one of the excellent Rincon beers, like the Pryes Miraculum IPA or Fulton "Sweet Child of Vine."

Hell's Kitchen provides some heavenly tastes in the heart of Minneapolis. This funky underground spot is one of the most fun restaurants in Minneapolis. There's a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and one of the best brunches in the city. Check out some of the Hell's Kitchen live music performances and some of the local-favorite cuisine. Don't miss the "Minnesota icon" state-fair cheese curds with a light beer batter or maple-glazed bison sausage with pure maple syrup. The restaurant's famed half-pound caramel-pecan roll is also iconic. For dinner, be sure to try the Minnesota-special and cheese-filled "Juicy Lucifer" burger.
