Our server Shania was very attentive and made helpful suggestions. We were accommodated a little earlier than our reservation as some tables opened up sooner. The jerk tacos were flavorful and spicy, but the spice level was only mild to us. The chicken and shrimp fajita tacos were a little bland, so we’d likely ask for some (more) seasoning next time. They were otherwise prepared well. Overall, we’d come back - they have dishes that cater to various palates and the drinks were strong. - we had classic and a passion fruit margaritas with Tajin on the rim!

Went on a Saturday afternoon and am so glad to have stumbled upon this place! The mimosa flights had real fruits in them! The shrimp and grits were to die for! The staff was attentive and the drinks were strong and good.

The place was jammed yesterday on a Saturday night as some of us were making a repeat performance at this BYOB establishment located in Lodi for dinner. Reservations were made via Open Table. My partner, our friends and I were greeted by the hostess, who whisked us to our table, which ran along the wall with thin curtains surrounding it on the sides, creating a more intimate space. Religious-themed objects and artwork throughout added a nice touch. Complimentary bread and spicy olives began our meal. For starters, we decided on their specials: stuffed artichokes with bread crumbs and broth, as well as blue stone oysters on a half shell. As our entree, we ordered Chicken Parmigiana (old-fashioned chicken parmigiano served with capellini pasta), Fettuccine Bolognese (old-fashioned thick and meaty tomato sauce), Tagliolini pasta (sea scallops and chopped shrimp in a pesto cream sauce), and Lobster Ravioli. The stuffed artichoke appetizer was good and tasty. The remaining broth was to be soaked up with warm bread, but was too full. The oysters were also good but could have been a bit bigger. Our meal came out hot all at once. Our server was able to recommend one of the meals due to a food allergy. The chicken parmigiana was a bit dry and could have needed some extra sauce. One of us had room for dessert and ordered the pistachio cake. This was made daily and was delicious. We continue to recommend this place.

New Year’s Day dinner. The service was relaxed and warm. Food was quite good - although prices have become ridiculous - $19 for a winter salad - really?!? Arugula, some thin slices of pear and parmesan for nearly $20? Come on!! Café D’Alsace used to be a great value - now it’s no different than any other overpriced UES restaurant.
