The food was cooked well. The drinks were superb. The ambience was great. The seating is a bit congested, depending on where you are seated. The main course took an hour to arrive and one appetizer never arrived to the table. Overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent food, but everything aside from the steaks is just slightly overpriced, in my opinion. Also, the wine list (at least as to French and Italian wines) seems to jump between bottom of the barrel bottles and extremely expensive, with little selection in any moderate price range. I’m not sure who they expect to drop $800+ on a bottle of wine.

We had a good experience. It was very sweet of them to offer complimentary champagne as it was our anniversary. Food and service was very good. My only critique would be that before choosing the restaurant we had checked the menu on the website and it was pretty large and had lots more vegetarian options. When we went there we were disappointed to see a very small and different menu. Please mention or update your website as it misleads the diners. Although the staff was very helpful in suggesting and making veg options for us and we enjoyed them too.

Service was fantastic! Our server Brian was very knowledgable about the menu and really helped shape our experience. The bartender Freddy made us some really killer drinks, the first drink I got was the Smoky Corner and they even were able to make it spicy for me which I absolutely loved. This is my second time here and we had a great dinner. As per usual, the food was perfectly cooked. It was so good that my dining companion forgot she was in public and was ooohing and ahhing over each bite of her salmon. Our server was beyond kind and attentive. We were served quickly and each bite was perfection. Every new restaurant goes through growing pains but it’s clear they’ve worked things out and everything is on the upswing.

New Years Day brunch. The French Toast was amazing and so was the maple bacon. The chicken and waffles was average. The chicken was a little dry but had ok flavor and nothing special about the waffles. Overall it was really good.

We chose Don Jorge's at the last minute as there were not a lot of choices on a Saturday night. The reviews looked good, so we gave it a try. We are so glad we did! If you like Tex-Mex food, this is the place to go. There was a DJ that also sang and had a surprisingly good voice. The decor is simple yet clean. And the food was great. Everything we tried was perfect including the freshly made salsa. If you are in the mood for Tex-Mex, I would highly recommend Don Jorge's!

We hadn't been to Liberty Tavern for brunch since 2020 and were delighted with how it has adapted to post-pandemic life. Instead of a buffet, our server brought unlimited small plates, from delicious salads, to eggs, avocado toast, tender sirloin, biscuits, and an assortment of desserts. We will definitely return.
