Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea at the Savoy - beautiful festive atmosphere. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, kind and did their utmost to make it a wonderful experience. From the doormen to the waiters assigned to us, everyone worked to the highest standards of professionalism. The pianist was amazing too.

We had a wonderful experience at this establishment, and it was made even more memorable thanks to the exceptional service provided by our server, Antonio and his crew. We had the Dry Age Filet and the Halibut. For dessert we chose the Apple Tartare. The dessert was very light and filling. Our dinners were delicious and also filling. Five stars! Five stars! My wife & I would recommend 10 out of 10!

Gauthier is one of the best fine dining experiences I've had -- and unparalleled for vegan, French full-course meal. The mix of flavors , textures, colors, smells added to each bite. Overall this is a fantastic place to eat and the staff were lovely ,majority of the food was fantastic, the only issue was the menu we were sent was not the menu that was being served , the dishes were simplified which was a shame , the brown shrimp arancini sadly was very bland and looked like just rice but the rest of the food was beautifully cooked , well balanced , delicious and cooked extremely well so would definitely go back as apart from the arancini the food was stunning and every member of staff was attentive friendly and brilliant !

Wish we had a proper French Bistro where we live. Enjoyed this much more than a similar priced upmarket chain the night before. Lamb shank fell off the bone and my wife's vegetarian amin was really tasty. Desert looked home made which is a rarity these days. The people of Leeds are very lucky.

We had a fabulous lunch from the set lunch menu. From the minute we arrived the service was impeccable. The sommelier helped with our choice of wine and advised well. The waiter knew his stuff and was able to give details of every part of each dish we were considering. The little extras between courses were very tasty. It’s not cheap at Mere but you certainly get what you’re paying for. Didn’t see Monica but they did a nice candle and piped birthday wish for one of our party. Would highly recommend a visit to Mere.

While some dish descriptions from the servers were a bit challenging to fully grasp, every bite was an absolute delight. Even the simplest items like bread and butter were elevated to a state of culinary sublimity. However, the true star of the meal was the dessert—a peanut butter cookie served with cream and peanut butter ice cream. It was a heavenly treat. I wish I could've had another portion! The restaurant's ambiance exuded warmth and coziness, making us feel right at home. The service was exceptional, thanks to the highly knowledgeable staff. I wholeheartedly recommend giving Pidgin a try for a unique and delicious dining experience.

We celebrated our 15th Wedding Anniversary, it was mid week, the restaurant was very busy but the staff were very attentive and polite (sorry we didn’t get the names). The food was wow wow wow - outstanding / so much to choose from that would put a smile on all food lovers. Bakewell tart and custard - to die for !! Thank you to all the staff.

What takes a restaurant from good to very good is the attention to detail! This is where Trinity failed to get a very good review. Here are a few things that would change that. 1. Wine was warm ( the refrigeration was blamed as it could not coupe !) having to wait for the ice bucket to cool the wine to the correct temp! ( get a Refrigerator that can cope!) 2. Mixing still with sparkling water in my glass. ( I do not drink sparkling!) 3. Had the Steak tartar where the flavours of the mix overpowered the meat completely! ( still a great taste but could have been any tartar not steak!) 4. The Scallops were ordered and the waitron sold the table a mixed Halibut and Scallops dish ( erroneously we were thinking they would be made and served separately) resulting in a dish where the scallop was completely lost in the flavour making it a fish dish rather than scallop dish! Very disappointing as our first thought was, there was a shortage of scallops so they "made a plan" ! 5. a mistake (to our favour) in the bill , where a bottle of wine was not charged for ! Taking the above details out of the overall we still enjoyed the meal however in a Michelin Star restaurant this is inexcusable!
