Evan, our waiter greeted us with a happy Anniversary. Spoke about the specials and served us a bottle of wine we ordered. He was great with timing and being attentive. Our conversation with him was like an old friend! Complimentary dessert which we didn’t realize until we received the bill. Thank you Evan for the great service and the chefs for a great meal!

Classic comfort cooking takes center stage thanks to a fire engine red rotisserie that roasts all manner of proteins. It’s chicken that’s the star here: served in quarter, half or whole portions, accompanied by classic sides basted in jus.
A decidedly adventurous wine and cocktail list rounds out the menu. Took the family for New Years Day brunch. Good selection of menu items and also a kids menu though we ended up not ordering off it. Prices very reasonable and good portions, everyone enjoyed their meals. Don commented on his good the sausages were.

This has been & is one of my favourite restaurants for the past 15 yrs. I went with my family on New Year’s after almost a year later…blame it on the pandemic😊We ordered the house specials…scallops, pate & the soup, as share plates between three of us. The first two were disappointing but the soup was pretty good. We ordered three main courses…my daughter & I shared two of the main courses, which were, lentil based lingcod & crab/lobster bamboo rice dishes. They were ok & felt, it was not to the high standard of this establishment. However, the third main, beef tenderloin was v good. All said & done, this restaurant will remain as one of our favourites & we live in the area.

The Lookout Restaurant at Gray Monk Estate Winery offers European-inspired, seasonal, farm-to-table creations by Executive Chef Graham Momer. Enjoy panoramic views of Lake Okanagan while savoring the pairings of fresh local ingredients and Gray Monk's award winning wine selection.

We offer a Two Course, Wine Paired Experience for our lunch service and a Three Course, Wine Paired Experience for our dinner service.

We do our best to accommodate our guest's requests, however we cannot guarantee a table on our patio. If you would like to sit on our patio, we recommend booking when we open at 11:30am.

Groups of 8 or larger may be charged an 18% gratuity.

The origin of The Story Café emerged from the mantra “There is a story in everything”
So in 2018 when we fell upon a 30 year old warehouse, we saw the potential to transform the abandoned space into a warm, hospitable, unique eatery. Through consistent innovation, research and dedication we managed to blend our affinity for coffee, music, food and antique into a ambient mélange of vintage and nostalgia. Today, we proudly present our eatery to newcomers and are considered a staple in the Richmond community!

We are excited to share with you that our restaurant has been voted for the OpenTable Diners’ Choice 2023 award for multiple categories in Vancouver! This prestigious award is a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences and top-notch service to our customers.

Uli's Restaurant is a White Rock institution. Opened in 1986 by Uli Blume, it was one of White Rock's original waterfront restaurants and quickly became a favourite among locals for its great food and friendly atmosphere. Uli's son Tyson took over operations in 2008 and he picked up right where his father left off – providing the White Rock waterfront with a fun and relaxed place to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, stunning water views, refreshingly simple food, an extensive international beer list, and a diverse selection of wines. Chef Jennie Silk is also making quite an impression on locals as they flock for her impeccable local flavours on the menu.

Open for breakfast, happy hour & dinner 7 days a week. Reservations are always recommended to ensure the opportunity to see all of beautiful Victoria and the surrounding area. For reservations of groups over 6+, please give us a call!

Additionally, our lounge is open 7 days a week (with happy hour offered daily) and is non-reservable. Seating in our lounge is based on a first come, first serve basis.
